Recovered missives from the early in War of Revenge state some of the Pokegirl leaders' frustration at the multitude of languages and dialects that humans spoke. This made interrogation difficult. To combat this, the Chupaca-bra was created, a breed capable of understanding and deciphering even the most confusing of languages. Soon after the war, these pokegirls were utilized in establishing trade routes, and eventually, it was this breed that was utilized in the creation of the Language T2. While the notes call the breed the Linguista, due to a joke of a comedian from Slot about the breed's feral state, the name Chupaca-bra caught on quickly and was eventually adopted through popular use.

Standing between 4 and 6 feet with modest B cups, Chupaca-bras (or Chupas for short) range slightly in looks, from more human looking pokegirls with elongated canine teeth, pointed bat or canine like ears, wings and a long, thin tail. This bat/canine hybrid has large leathery wings that are separate from the breed's arms. When the wings are tucked into place on the pokegirl's back, the bony digits that support the wing membrane remain slightly pointed outwards on their backs. This gives the breed as a whole the look of spinal ridges when the wings are tucked in. Eye color usually ranges in reds, with the occasional yellow shades. Their hair usually runs in dark colors. In more animalistic members of the breed, the canine features are more visible, with a pronounced muzzle with elongated canine teeth and prominent pointed ears. The only exception to the body fur is that the wings are not overly furred, which creates an odd 'bald patch' on the breed's back when the wings are tucked to the body. Fur color ranges from grey to mottled browns, blacks and the occasional white. The breed's arms are slightly longer than the human norm, which affects the gait of ferals when they bound on all fours.

The simple pleasures in life are treasured the most by this breed, a light breeze, a sunny day, or a good view tend to make this breed cheerful. The breed as a whole are mute, due to a lack of vocal cords. While this would often place them in a hampered communicative status, the breed has the ability to use telepathy. While not a psychic type, the breed can pick up surface thoughts and project their own thoughts to others. They are unable to delve any further into an individuals mind, though they do have a unique talent at being able to pick up the surface thoughts of people and pokegirls who would normally be shielded against such scans, like dark types. Researchers speculate that this is due to the breed not being a true psychic type.

Chupas do not rely very much on physical abilities to help see them through a battle, as most use their hypnosis at one point or other. To pokegirls immune to their gaze attack, they depend on their other abilities to take out their foes. Either by melding into the surrounding ground and using Blade Spike or phasing and Licking their opponents to attempt to paralyze them. Of course, due to the bat/canine's durability and ability to heal herself with their draining technique makes her a fair combatant in almost any match up. The breed is not invincible, however, and any Dark or Ground type can easily thwart their innate abilities to defeat them. Chickpotles in particular hunt down Chupas easily.

Thankfully, these rock/ghost types are flesh and blood, and have no need for extras in the taming room. Chupas prefer not to lie on their backs during taming, and are fairly simply pleased. Other taming quirks of the breed though are usually based on individual preferences. Some of the breed have shown preference for blindfolding and light bondage, but this is again variable. Due to their inability to talk, the most any tamer can get out of one of these bat/canine hybrids are loud sighs and sharp gasps. However, mentally projected moans and even screams are often 'heard' by the tamer and others if this ghostly rock type isn't careful with her 'voice' projection.

Unlike Vampires and blood drinking bug types like the Spidergirl, the breed is capable of living without the fluid. Many see this as a type of 'treat' and it can be treated as such by Tamers, used as a reward. Ferals often take this a step further, wanting to kill and drink the blood of any prey before they eat it. Feralborne instincts can be curbed by their tamer fairly easily.

The feral state of this odd ghost type is one of stealth and surprise. A consummate ambush hunter, the breed tends to remain under cover using invis until they sight their prey. They then try to get in close to their intended victims, usually by utilizing their Stone Meld technique before erupting before potential prey and attempting to hypnotize them. If hypnotizing fails, they utilize Lick to attempt to paralyze, then once prey is immobilized, they feed. Usually, one blood meal isn't enough to kill a human, let alone a pokegirl. However, a blood meal is usually followed by dragging their prey to a cache point, where they will later be eaten... usually alive. Luckily for many humans, feral Chupaca-bras often target Kattle or other small ungulates before any other food sources. Oddly, when ferals come across sentient minds, they have often been known to repeat surface thoughts back to the thinker. This has been proven one of the best ways to locate a Chupa for capture.

Thresholding into a Chupaca-bra is a bit more common with family histories of the breed, though still fairly rare. Chupas are commonly found among governmental or diplomatic harems, and usually, it is from this ancestry that causes a human girl to threshold into this pokegirl breed. Newly thresholded Chupas are often recruited as translators due to the breed already knowing how to read and write, which adds to their translating ability.
