The Zeromer is a breed that appeared only recently, having the earliest confirmed spotting of one occurring in early 240 AS. There are no records of such a breed existing during the Revenge War, and the complex nature of the breed seems to indicate being beyond the capabilities of any current league, at least officially. While the number of these girls appearing in Tamer's harems are on the rise, desired for not only their combat abilities, but their skills at analysis and generally vast ability to store and remember data has created a demand with the military and private sectors, especially in regards to scientific and courier circles

These pokegirls seem to posses an almost manufactured appearance, with little in the way of variance in general form, all examined members are around the six foot mark, and despite their slender forms, weigh in easily around 200lbs due to the metallic natures of their bodies. Most variance on this is less than 10%, and the individual characteristics for the breed stems from the colour of hair, skin, metallic parts, eyes and armour styling. The colours available, and appearance of, is too massive to catalogue as the colours seem to run any possible spectrum, as does the armour which seems to reflect what the individual 'girl finds most comfortable and appropriate, though the majority seem to prefer lighter appearing armour that accentuate their forms, instead of bulkier styles which hide it though some have been seen. Their overall appearance is close to human, only the presence of the soft metal skin and the presence of strange eye and hair colour being the only give away by a general observer. Closer observation reveals more tells, the eyes seeming to appear more artificial, the presence of luminescent fibres in the hair. Most also possess sub-dermal luminescent marking that can be adjusted in brightness to appear almost invisible and are believed to be the source of her ability to camouflage herself.

Zeromers, as a breed, tend to be rather logical. Emotionally, they keep themselves under control and approach everything with a analytical viewpoint. Their cognitive abilities taking only seconds to weigh options and known information to formulate plans and courses of actions deemed to have the highest chance of success. That being said, its not like the Zeromer has no emotions at all. Individuals who have spent a great deal of time as part of a single Tamer's harem have displayed the standard emotional capability common to most humans and pokegirl breeds, though they tend to keep a tighter reign on the more negative emotions, at least in public. The breed also seems to have an inbreed case of wanderlust, always seeking to be on the move and experiencing new things and gathering new information. Access to a large data source is one way of placating them temporarily, but once they have accessed and catalogued that data, they want move on again. One of the strangest, or perhaps most interesting, aspects of the breed is its sense of secrecy. Most will not divulge information to anyone outside their accept 'Unit', the term they use to refer to their accepted harem which leads to the speculation of a military background. They will wait until they have permission from their Tamer to do so, however this does not seem to include anything concerning their background. Apparently the information regarding their origins are considered so secret that they will not share it with anyone, not even their Tamer regardless of punishment, not even stints through higher level taming cycles short of a complete wipe seem to weaken resolve. Some have speculated that they are, in fact, incapable of revealing this information unless a specific trigger is present. The best anyone has been able to get from the Zeromer was that they were created by a science office, under the guidance of the security office, or as the individual stated, the Office of Science under the guidance of the Office of Security, but these vague references have offered no real leads to their origins.

In combat, the Zeromer is a powerful opponent, preferring a range combat stance she utilizes her plasma based ranged attacks to hammer her opponent into submission in the quickest and most efficient use of power as possible, either softening the target up with Arc Shot, or Called shot at a distance before laying in with Bullet Burst or UniBlast. If the opponent manages to close, she also possess a set of close combat capabilities as well, giving her a well rounds combat profile. She excels especially in group or squad combat, able to take on various roles as necessary. Be it forward reconnaissance to gather information on enemy strength or positions, a sniper/support role to bring her considerable firepower to bear where needed, or even as squad leader formulating plans on a tactical level and giving orders in the field. This mentality seems to lend credence to the theory of her being a creation of military origin. Unfortunately her camouflage is not usable in combat as her attacks and any high speed movement disrupt the ability to blend in, limiting it as a tool in a first strike, or strike and fade tactical situation.

Zeromers favour quiet and to the point taming. Though there is no preferred method, they tend to default to the most efficient and expedient way to get the act done, not wanting to be 'off the line' for too long if out in the wilderness. They also tend to want taming at the minimum, few rarely attempt to instigate addition session prior to needing it and it takes a bit of convincing from their Tamers to do so. If they are in what they consider 'friendly space', they can be more flexible in regards to number and length of taming, but will still take some coxing to get to that point.

The feral state is fairly light for the breed, the overriding prerogative to collect data being the sole thought driving the breed. Most are seen standing at vantage points, staring off across the landscape as if watching everything and anything that was happening. They've also been spotted in quite bizarre places, such as at high altitude or seen diving into deep ocean since their armour is capable of sealing itself off, giving her independent life support and her body can resist extreme pressures easily. If confronted, they rarely engage in combat, preferring to either fly away to a new spot, or disappearing with their camouflage and moving on. Only if pursued aggressively will they turn hostile, attacking until their pursuer is driven off only killing if the individual doesn't take the hint. Its also during this feral state that another one of the breeds mysteries surfaces, the fact she transmits encoded, compressed data to an unknown receiver at random intervals. Its believed this a subconscious act by the breed, but being feral causes the individual to not encrypt it as thoroughly. The location and nature of the receiver is near impossible to track, given the random nature of the transmission, and not enough of these transmissions have been available to track to see where they are going, so the usual conspiracy theories about ranging from top-secret League black ops and shadow groups to aliens. Cryptographers in every league has spend countless man hours pouring over these eavesdropped transmission and have only cracked a small fraction of the information contained within, most of it surprisingly mundane. Topographical information, locations of small towns and cities, population estimates are the most common, but also seemingly generic information on common pokegirl breeds, menus at local restaurants, currency trends and shop prices also litter this data making the whole nature of the breeds purpose perplexing.

Reproduction aspects of the breed are, as of yet, unknown. Although they are redoubtably pokegirls given their need for taming and the ability to be captured in pokeballs, it is unclear how this breed reproduces. As of this time there have been no known instances of parthenogenesis among its capture members, nor has any seemed to have become pokewoman to produce offspring leaving the process of Thresholding an unknown aspect. An interesting aspect of this, when questioned concerning procreation and continuing the breed, the almost unanimous answer is they do not die but simply go 'offline', this attitude has made researchers wonder if part of the data transmitted includes aspects of their own evolving personalities, and these memories and experiences could simply be downloaded into a new body at whatever place the information is collected. The closest thing to reproduction reported thus far is at the point of a Zeromer's death. If a pokegirl the Zeromer trusts and has deemed worthy is present, the Zeromer releases a cloud of nanites at the individual, infusing the target girl with a Battle template.
