Rarely seen during the War of Revenge, this flying breed of pokegirl was suspected to fly among the pokegirl forces, but few recordings of any pokegirls with similar appearances makes this identification spotty at best. It is theorized that if the breed was known during the war, they would most likely be used to spy on enemy encampments, transport messages by air, or be utilized as part of the storm generation force. In modern times, this flying squirrel breed of pokegirl is utilized in the postal service to carry mail in areas where teleport capable pokegirls are scarce, though most often these pokegirls are seen in tamers harems. Called the Zephyra due to the first discovered evolution being from the Eva breed, this flying squirrel pokegirl is also called the Mousefly due to the later discovery of a secondary base form; the Titmouse.

Regardless of the breed's pre-evolutionary form, this flying pokegirl takes on a standard breed appearance. Standing an average of 4-5 feet, Zephyra are slight of frame, though bust sizes vary greatly from small A cups to lush Cs. The breed is wholly rodent (Evas lose any vulpine features upon evolution, while Titmice shift from mouse to squirrel) though varies in the near human range of appearance. Animalistic members of the breed have full body fur (varying in light shades of browns or creams with the occasional black), slight muzzles, though their feet are plantigrade. Closer to human members only have the breed's rounded rodent ears and thin bushy tail to denote them as pokegirls. The breed is slightly metamorphic in that they can summon and dismiss their wings.

Unlike most flying types of pokegirls, a Zephyra's wings are not avian or bat-like in configuration, instead, they are elongated flaps of skin that stretch from the pokegirls wrists to their ankles and even in near human types have a downy coat of cream colored fur. Understandably, the breed has difficulty wearing clothing, and many members of the breed wear little to nothing at all. Others find sandwich style loose shifts to cover themselves should their tamers want or allow.

Common to the breed is confidence. While some tamers call the breed foolhardy, others enjoy that this rodent breed will attempt anything that they are ordered to with a 'can do' attitude. This in particular is a stark contrast from those of the breed who were evolved from Titmice, as that particular pre-evolution is not known for their bravery. The unfortunate side to this is that the breed has a high injury and death rate, as rare is the Mousefly that can realistically judge her limits. Zephyra can be taught to consider their situations realistically, however, and with training can even become cautious. Other than this quirk of personality, these flying squirrel pokegirls are normally well rounded, and can make for decent betas, though if given the Alpha position they attempt to do everything themselves.

In martial battles Zephyra often attempt to blitz their opponents, opting to take the full offensive and worrying little for defense. While their durability can soak up some damage tamers often curb this style into something more akin to sniping from afar with their flying techniques, before using their areokinesis to create updrafts for their flight in order to use Glorious Sun. Some tamers opt to train the breed in hit and run tactics, as these flying rodents can soak up the occasional hit from opponents as they dart in and attack.

While there are no real preferences for taming for the breed, many individuals enjoy aerial tamings, something common to many flying types. When taming in the air loss of concentration sometimes causes them to lose control over their areokinesis. The breed's wings allow them to act as a wind break/parachute until their control over their aerokinesis is restored. As with many pokegirl breeds, other preferences are usually influenced by the tamer.

The feral state of the Zephyra is an interesting cross between the breed's animal base and their natural confident nature. Almost completely nocturnal, these rodent pokegirls make their homes in the trees, often utilizing abandoned nest of other pokegirls. Unlike many rodent feral states, these pokegirls are more solitary, usually only found in groups as a mother with pokekits. Known to use their flying advantage to heckle ground based predatory pokegirls, this breed is also known to dive bomb tamers with harems. Even though this attack is a feint, caution should be advised, as a mother defending her nest of 'kits will often combine this display with the Empty Daggers technique.

Threshold directly into a Zephyra is very rare, most human females with pokegirl ancestry will threshold into a Eva or Titmouse. Hives along the wrists and ankles are the first sign, spreading laterally down the body. Tail and ear growth are accompanied by a high fever. After the high fever, the transformation is complete, and the first transformation into the pokegirl's flying form alleviates the hives, as well as revealing if the new pokegirl is a furred member of the breed. Oddly, for furred Mouseflies, the body fur and other animalistic traits remain on the first transformation into their taming form.
