After the creation of the Alaka-Whams, Sukebe decided to try and create a pokégirl capable of utilizing the vast potential that the psychic-types he had produced and combining that power with the sheer overwhelming force given to his dragon-types. Though it took his sequencers the better part of a year to get the specifications just right, the Telegona was one of the pokégirl breeds used to protect the forward line while his other pokégirls were used to take the war to the humans. With his decision on just how best to utilize the breed, he sought to increase his pokégirl's aerial abilities to support the Pidgy, Rack, and Skarmoress breeds in taking the fight to the skies, where even the strongest pokégirl could not attack the higher-altitude capable human creations.

The result was the Telegona pokégirl. Though few were ever seen attacking humans, this was due mostly to their amazing flying speed. In fact, very few were ever seen attacking humans, which led most military commanders of the day to suggest that perhaps they were not as warlike as Sukebe and his legendary generals would have preferred them to be. When the human forces came en masse upon Sukebe's last laboratory stronghold, the Telegona were sent out as living bullets to slow the Tamer advances. What Sukebe never suspected was the unusual method they took in order to do so. Not a single tamer or pokégirl that the Telegona 'attacked' that day actually died, nor was truly harmed in any meaningful manner. Instead, using their amazing flying speed, the Telegona merely escaped. After the war, the Telegona were only rumored of by those that survived the attack on Sukebe's stronghold, and were even sought out by survivors of the pokégirl armies. However, none were again seen until 68AS.

No known breed has been found to evolve into the Telegona, which researchers have concluded that they were designed either before other Dragon types like the Dracass or Bratini were, or that they came afterward and had never been a part of any other breed of pokégirl's evolutionary lines. These pokégirls are somewhat short at barely reaching five and a half feet in height, once one adjusts for the six inches or so that they typically hover above the ground. This breed's scales are often two primary colors- White, and with one of several other shades of Blue, Red, Green, or Gold (Red is the most common, followed by Blue, Gold, and then Green) that spans their chest and along the pokégirl's upper and lower legs and feet, as well as along their arms and hands. The breed's tail either follows the same scale coloration or may simply be white. Each pokégirl's true color patterns differ, though some who are related somehow may have similar or identical patterns. Except for a small patch of white upon the pokégirl's forehead, most Telegona have this coloration of scale across their eyes and upon their breasts as well (though some known patterns vary for each individual of the breed).

Though their feet are digitigrade, and very unlike a human's foot, they do have arms and hands like humans do, giving them the ability to manipulate objects as most humanoid pokégirls have. For the most part, the pokégirl is fairly slender in build, their breasts rarely reaching a C-cup in size. While the breed is basically humanoid in form, the Telegona do possess a somewhat elongated neck (about 2-5 inches longer than a typical human's) that makes them markedly less human in appearance. A lengthy tail (which is as long as the pokégirl is tall, a heavy yet rather slim tail that is prehensile) extends from the base of the pokégirl's spine, and a pair of small fins that emerge from behind the pokégirl's shoulders by several inches. Research has shown that these fins possess complicated nerve bundles that act like capacitors that store and emanate the pokégirl's psychic energy so that she can utilize her telekinetic flight without expending any effort or extra energy. Unlike many dragon types, this breed does not possess wings for flight or gliding in their humanoid form, instead utilizing their fins as described above for their flight capabilities.

What interests most researchers and any tamer lucky enough to capture a Telegona is the pokégirl's "Dragon" form. While sleek and slender, according to tamers, researchers have resurrected an older, more accurate term to describe this form of the pokégirl. Aerodynamic. Although she retains a pair of somewhat short arms and legs, the Telegona relies on her telekinetic flight in order to move with any real speed at all. In this form, the pokégirl becomes much larger, often growing to about five feet tall and close to twenty feet in length (though after the wings, her tail is another six feet in length behind her). A pair of wings that extend from behind her long neck (a feature hinted at in her more human form) towards her backside provide additional lift and can assist the pokégirl's flying abilities as well using lift that forms underneath them. Some have horns that grow from the base of the pokégirl's head, while others have none. While in their dragon form, they pokégirl's head and facial features change completely to a more lizard-like, or dragon-like, appearance in general. The changes vary per individual, with some looking dangerous, others cute, and so on. Without a passenger, this breed has been clocked at just over 250 miles per hour. With a single passenger, whom the pokégirl can protect from the speeds she can attain, the pokégirl can only make close to 200 miles per hour instead.

Ferals are encountered rarely, though most commonly in remote locations such as deep within mountain ranges and rarely visited islands. Tamers have often thought they have seen a Telegona, only to have the pokégirl disappear within moments without even seeming to notice them. Ferals are fairly skittish, yet inquisitive pokégirls that often run rather than fight, which is especially true when the Telegona is confronted by another dragon-type pokégirl. In most battles, they use their speed and endurance to try and tire out their pursuer, and often utilize their Aura Barrier and Mirror Coat to lessen and even repel attacks back at the attacker. When all else fails or the need is great, the pokégirl will attack using her Dragonbreath and Psychic attacks in a torrential strike that often ends the battle quickly. In a few known cases, some Telegona have been known to utilize Hyper Beam techniques to punch through particularly troublesome defenses.

Tamers of the breed prefer using the pokégirl in sex battles, which the breed does rather well at thanks to her dexterous fingers and psychic abilities to bring their 'opponent' to a pleasurable end. The few ferals captured were captured by tamers who played with them, often a game of hide and seek at which the Telegona excels at even while feral. Domestic Telegona are just as skittish, and both are oddly timid when around non-dragon type pokégirls. As a result, they get along with with more docile pokégirls, such as the Bunnygirl, Damsel, and Titmouse breeds. They fall easily under the influence of stronger, more dominant pokégirls such as the Dominatrix (and even the Domina, should one of them be inventive enough) and Dragonqueen. As a result, within a harem the Telegona is not considered a good choice for a position of true leadership, but can sometimes make a good Alpha, depending on the members of her tamer's harem.

Threshold cases are extraordinarily rare- most commonly, either the babies born to a Telegona are human or are pokékits. The few threshold cases are rather painful and can last for up to two weeks before the transformation is completed. This pokégirl is rather widely sought as one of the few dragon-type pokégirls that cannot evolve into a Dronza, making her ideal for those tamers that are less than 'nice' to their harems. A rather important note for would-be tamers is that the breed Alpha bonds easily to their tamer, which may or not may be ideal for certain types of people. The Telegona is gaining a reputation amongst pet owners as the end-all, be-all of the pokégirl pet world, and numerous pokégirl ranches are attempting to fulfill pet orders from various leagues. This makes them quite sought after, by tamers, tradesmen, and pet owners alike.
