The Milotit was only recently discovered in 209 AS by a ranch hand who attempted to make a more presentable and attractive Feeblass for sale to the wealthy and eccentric. The beautified Feeblass wasn't purchased, though she did receive a good number of compliments from her would be pet owners. One resident Mahavi inadvertently triggered the transformation during a taming session after wards. Since then, many tamers have successfully recreated the conditions to evolve the less attractive Feeblass into the sensual Milotit.

The most notable difference from her pre-evolved form is the Milotit's incredible beauty. While many Feeblass can be 'prettied up', her evolution transforms her into quite stunning Pokegirl. Gone is her long fish like tail, instead replaced with long supple humanoid legs. The breed's smooth skin varies in colour from a creamy peach colour to a well bronzed tan, and her silky hair can be of any colour of the rainbow. Milotits evolved from feral born Feeblass often have shining, velvety smooth scales the same colour as their hair, covering their arms from past their elbows and legs down past the knees. A Milotit's proportions can range from gently curvy to voluptuous, her bust varying from C-cups to buxom double Es. Regardless of her exact measurements, those that own a Milotit always find her the perfect shape. This beauty persists regardless of her age, as Milotit Pokewomen well over the hill never seem to be a day over their prime.

There's a trend in Milotit personalities, and it is born of their awareness of the beauty they now posses. Milotits know that they are stunning, and often take pleasure in flaunting their new assets. They also gain an intuitive sense of sensuality and sexuality, which if it doesn't drive her to constantly attempt to seduce her tamer or harem sisters, somehow causes her to subconsciously add a sensual and attractive twist to everything she does.

Milotits as a breed have no taming preferences, though many take greater satisfaction to giving pleasure than receiving it. This tendency, combined with their sensuality and Sexual Intuition ability make them powerful sex battlers. There is even a case of a Milotit single handedly satisfying and defeating a Manage-a-trois in an endurance match.

Like many water types, Milotits love swimming. despite being a water type, they don't need to be immersed in water regularly like other types, requiring only drinking a little more than a normal human does. Incredibly, a Milotit is able to summon water from an unknown source for her powerful water attacks, despite never actually storing excess water within her body. This water is magical in nature, and disappears soon after being summoned.

As a serious battler, Milotits are competent brawlers, on par with many fighting types in terms of physical power, and are able to use a few dragon type attacks to good effect. Where a Milotit truly excels is in her ranged water attacks, able to blast away with torrential levels of her summoned water, as well as being capable of learning Flying and Dragon type attacks. Milotits perform very well with their sister breed, the Gynadose, doubling up on their elemental abilities and complimenting each other's strengths.

The conditions for evolving the Feeblass into a Milotit are not too difficult to achieve, merely requiring that the Feeblass have certain threshold of self confidence with regards to their appearance, and sufficiently satisfying taming session. More often than not, the greatest obstacle to overcome is for Threshold Feeblass, who often have emotional scaring brought on by the loss of their humanity. This can easily be solved by a level five conditioning cycle and starting anew, though many tamers prefer to patient and give their Feeblass time to become comfortable with being a Pokegirl.

It is unknown what the feral state of a Milotit is like. Given the difficulty in achieving this evolution, as well as her near irresistible attractiveness, no one who owns a Milotit has been willing allow such a thing to happen, even for Science. There has yet to be a reported case of Thresholding into a Milotit, though it is believed to be possible as several human girls have been born to Milotit Pokewomen over the years.
