Wasps did not start appearing until after the end of the Revenge War, leading some to believe that they were a sort of last hurrah by Sukebe, a final attempt to attack humanity. Later discoveries showed that these pokegirls were created late in the war by pokegirls manning Sukebe's lab in an attempt to bolster loyal numbers. Their numbers remained low until the onset of feraldom, where the breed line along with the Buzzbreast became a dangerous hazard to humans and pokegirls alike. Efforts to keep the numbers of this bee breed low have been utilized by many Leagues to varying degrees of success.

Wasps are very animalistic pokegirls. The breeds body is vaguely human, standing between 4-5 feet with a human torso (the only part that many consider attractive) a single set of legs, and two pairs of arms. Unlike the Buzzbreast, the breeds average B-C cup breasts house no stingers. Their legs are insectile below the knee, with chitinous ridges and heavily clawed feet. Both sets of arms end in five fingers, though one is covered in exoskeleton with the fingers heavily clawed for attacking. It is their more insectile arms that also house their stingers, which are retractable and located on the palm-side of the wrist. Large insectile wings are also located on their backs, these stiff appendages allowing the breed to fly. These hymenoptera pokegirls are considered by many to be very unattractive due to their faces. Highly insectile, their foreheads have antennae, their eyes are compound, and their jaw can split in the midline of the jaw to show fanged mandibles. This bisected jaw causes the insect breed to speak with a pronounced buzz in their voice. The most inhuman feature of the breed is their insectoid abdomen, which connects to the human torso at the base of the spine. This abdomen is partially functional, carrying much of the breed's poison glands as well as a large stinger close to two feet long (around .5 meters). This abdomen is as long as the pokegirl's torso, though only as thick as her thigh. Despite it's armored appearance, it is fairly flexible, and many pokegirls have met a nasty conclusion when assuming that the pokegirl can't reach them with it.

Feral Wasps have no personal grudge against humanity. They have no personal anything against humanity, they simply feel what their Queen feels. They have little to no mind of their own, being totally focused on the needs of the swarm and what their Queen desires. These insect pokegirls, usually seen under the command of a Wasp Queen, are especially dangerous. Ferals of the breed always travel in packs of 3 to 6 or more, swooping down and swarming targets in the wild, either killing them for invading their territory and taking them to feed their hive, or stinging them and injecting them with a strong paralytic venom, to take them back to the queen breeding.

Capturing and taming a Wasp is not recommended, as they have a strong loyalty towards the hive and breaking it is hard. Research has shown that this breed is fairly resistant to forming Alpha bonds on the first taming, and an average of three to five thorough tamings are usually needed to Alpha bond a Wasp. Once bonded, this breed sees their master as the 'queen' though most are aware of genders and do not call male tamers by a feminine title ('My King' is usually the default). These pokegirls are fiercely loyal when bonded, and often follow their tamers orders without question. This unquestioning devotion makes the breed popular among Team members, though ironically, also popular among military personnel. This devotion also extends to their harem sisters, and though the breed often isn't suited to be in a leadership position, they do make excellent confidants.

Wasps strike fast and hard, with little care for injuries. While the breed can be trained to consider tactics and personal safety, their natural style of fighting often results in serious injuries or death of one or both combatants. When trained to fight more intelligently, the breed can make effective use of hit and run tactics, able to soak up any errant hits with their durability as they speed past opponents.

Once tamed, Wasps do not need restraints in the taming room, though their strength enhancement can leave deep bruises should the pokegirl lose control. Care should be taken to bind the stinger into their insectoid abdomen, as taming injuries can occur during the throes of orgasm. Taming a Wasp from feral requires a special tail restraint, and any Tamers considering taming a feral should not try to do so without one. Tamed members of the breed tend to mold their taming habits to those of their tamer, though the rare domestics may have their own preferences.

Wasps themselves can only parthogenically reproduce when tamed, leading researchers to theorize that the breed's feral state suppresses the ability to breed completely. Once pokewomen, these pokegirls are able to carry and deliver human children as well as pokekits, as all of their organs are the same in their human torso. These pokegirls are rarely seen tamed, however, making threshold into a Wasp a very rare occurrence. This process is masked by an extremely high fever, most thresholders spend their threshold in fever induced delirium as first their abdomen and extra arms grow, followed by their insectoid features coming in.
