Marcus didn't know how much longer he could take this. “Would you two, please, just shut up?” Kiki and the personality of the Maggieton that was known as Terry were at each others throats again. All Sayjins had a lust for fights, be it physical or verbal, and that was something that he could understand. He didn't mind that, it was a great thing when trying to battle ferals or smashing the faces of annoying little Tamers. What he couldn't stand was having a girl with a split personality egging her on.

“Oh come on. One quick spar wouldn't hurt anyone.” Terry fussed as she hovered behind Marcus.

“I said no, and that's that.” Marcus sighed. It had been a week already and the Maggieton was just beginning to fall into her place in the harem. She had three personalities that he was starting to get to know better, and Terry seemed to be one that was modeled after a Sayjin. Terry loved fighting almost as much as Kiki, and fighting Kiki had become one of her favorite things to do with her spare time. The other two were also characters in their own rights. Tammy, the second personality seemed to be much more motherly. She seemed almost MILF like in the role she'd taken up in the harem. The third personality was Tabby. Marcus didn't know how she came to be, but Tabby was a horny as a Vixxen in heat. It was easy to tell when she came out, she was always trying to get someone in the sack.

“You're no fun,” Terry fussed. She floated along, zapping bugs out of boredom that flew to close to her. “How about a training session then? We haven't had one of those for a while.” Terry enjoyed the Gauntlet the most. Not only was it a great way to get the fighting that she wanted, but when up against Sasha it was the best way to get a snack.

“Later. Now behave or I'll put you inside your pokéball.” Marcus waved to a passing freighter on the water. It was something that he had seen quite common on his trip to Bebja. There were almost always cargo freighters traveling North and South along the river. He was pretty sure that he wouldn't have to worry to much about any ferals. And even if he did, he was sure that anything coming from the water would be made short work of by Sasha and the new Maggieton.

Marcus let his mind wonder while Terry and Kiki began bickering back and forth between each other. He was tempted to tell them both to shut up when he saw a figure walking their way from up river. The two bickering pokégirls saw him as well, and oddly enough they quieted down as they approached. “How ya doin'?” Marcus asked when they passed each other. He waited for an answer, raising his eyebrows when the Tamer didn't say anything. “Well, okay then. Have fun, stay safe, and watch out for ferals.”

Marcus started walking away when the Tamer grabbed his arm as he passed by. “Cool it,” Marcus was worried that he'd have to recall both Kiki and Terry. “Can I help you with something?” Marcus didn't say nothing as the Tamer reached for a 'ball on his belt. Marcus knew what the girl was when she was released. “Is Mr. Talkative here gonna try and steal my 'girls? 'Cause if he is, then I've gotta warn you now. I've already lost half my harem to thieves, and it'll be over my cold dead body before I let it happen again.”

“Please, calm yourself.” The Angel placed a hand on her Tamer's arm. “We're from the Ruby League. I'm afraid that he doesn't understand English,” the Angel turned her attention her Tamer, speaking in Russian.

Marcus appreciated the fact that he was no longer being man-handled by the foreigner. “So what's he want?” He waited while the two discussed whatever it was they were discussing in Russian.

“He would like to have a battle with you.”

Marcus paused. He didn't know what to think. “Sorry. In a hurry, not exactly a time to be battling. And before you get all pissy about it, make sure you check the laws.” Marcus pushed on past the Russian tamer. It wasn't that he was in a hurry, he just didn't feel up to battling. The area around them was precarious enough without super-babes battling it out, and he told the complaining duo as such.

“There she is ladies, Bebja.” Marcus popped the kink in his neck as the river showed the way to Bebja. He didnt' know why he felt like introducing the towns as they reached them, it just felt like something that he should be doing. His mind wondered back. After meeting the foreign tamer him and his harem had made good time. Without any training, it only took them a matter of days until they were able to reach the city.

“Do you think we'll be able to get a decent battle in? I'm tired of just training against Sonja and the rest.” Kiki snapped the large stick she was carrying like a twig. She didn't even remember when she picked it up.

“Cool your jets. Bebja's one of the cities in Hazzard that still follows the Forfeiture law. We'll have to fight if we want to stay together.” Haleigh used her wing to shoo away a fly that had began to buzz around her. “Now, can we please go? I want to be able to take a bath without keeping an eye out for ferals all the time. Hell, at this point I'd settle for a Cleaning Cycle.”

Marcus had to agree. The constant threat of loosing your life was enough to make any shower or bath a pain. Marcus followed after Haleigh, letting Kiki take up the rear. “I don't suppose either of you two has put into any thought of what we should do next.” Marcus asked.

“What are you talking about? We're going to travel the world and look for the rest of the harem.” Haleigh stopped and turned to face Marcus. She couldn't believe that he was asking such an obvious question.

“I know. But where do we start looking? It's not like we're going to get an answer to magically fall into our lap.” Marcus sighed. “And lets say that we do find out somethin' about them. What're we gonna do? Go running off after them with no plan? I don't want to loose those of you that I have now.” Marcus walked past his Dragoness. “You all mean more to me than you think. And even if we are able to find them, there's no way of knowing if they're still them. If I had to steal a pokégirl, and I was going to sell her, then I'd put them through a Level 5 as soon as possible.” Marcus knew was going to happen as soon as he saw the small group of people standing around across the road. “Great, here we go again.”

“Hey, you! I challenge you for your Dragoness.”

Marcus rolled his eyes. He knew it was coming, and it was all a matter of timing. He could hear several of the other Tamers groaning as they missed their chance. “Fine. One on One. No substitutions, no holds bar.” Marcus wasn't in the best of moods for some reason, and the Tamer wasn't doing anything to make him feel better. He wasn't surprised when the Tamer released what looked to be an Ice Maiden. Against Haleigh the Ice Maiden would definitely have the upper hand, if he planned on using Haleigh in the first place. “Is she your pick?” Marcus grinned when the reply was a 'Yes'. “Good, then I'll be using my Sayjin. Kiki, you wanted a battle, so here it is.”

“It's about fuckin' time. I was startin' to feel rustier than an Iron Maiden's cunt in water.” Kiki strode out proudly, the humans surrounding her giving the two combatants a wide birth for combat. She didn't even care when another one of the tamers released another 'girl from her 'ball, although this one was content to stay just in front of the group. “Are you at least going to tell me what she is?”

Marcus pulled out his 'dex and started a quick scan. “Ice Princess. Tougher and stronger than an Ice Maiden.” Marcus closed the 'dex and put it away. He was going to see what Kiki could do on her own without help. True she had the elemental advantage. But if she couldn't ignore the cold then there wasn't going to be any way she was going to be able to get close enough to attack.

Kiki took a relaxed fighting pose. She barely had her hands drawn into fists, and even her steps were light. She bounced back and forth several times, getting the blood pumping. She was about to strike when the Ice Princess struck first. Kiki barely had time to move out of the way as a bright beam shot out of the Ice Princess's hands at her. She looked back at Marcus, seeing him move out of the way. The Ice Beam encased the entire tree it struck in a thick coating of rough looking ice. “Okay. Don't touch the beam. Got it.” Kiki used her speed to rush the girl, dodging Ice Beams and Aurora Beams as she closed the distance. She was about to strike with the Mach Punch when a wall of ice suddenly sprang up in front of her. 'Oh shit,' Kiki thought as she slammed face first into the wall.

Marcus winced at the impact. Kiki's reflex may have been on par with his own, but it still wasn't enough to save her from running head first into an Ice Wall at nearly sixty miles an hour. He watched as she managed to shake off the defensive attack. “Would you look at that. Their laughing at you.” Marcus shouted, playing on the pride and arrogance of the Sayjin breed.

Kiki felt a fire ignite deep in her chest. “You. Do. Not. Laugh. At. A. SAYJIN!” Kiki shouted as she got up, her hands glowing brightly as she reinforced them with her chi. She brought her hands up over her head and slammed them down onto the Ice Wall. The frozen wall shattered, giving into the strength behind the strike. Now that she was this close to the Ice Princess she could feel the cold emanating off of her. Kiki struck with her right hand just as the Ice Princess thrust an Ice Sword at her. To late to stop her attack, Kiki directed it instead. The Ice Blade broke easier than the Ice Wall did, but it did provide just the deterrent that the Ice Princess needed to gain some distance between them. “Stand and fight fair you damn coward.” Kiki honestly didn't mind the Ice Princess backing up. Not that she would admit it, but getting away from the cold for a bit was a welcome relief.

Marcus groaned as he watched the Ice Princess lay down a large Ice Floor around her. 'Great. Now how in the hell is she supposed to get past that without slipping on her ass?' Marcus thought Kiki was going to be sunk, that is until he watched as the Sayjin started attaking the Ice Princess with long range Chi Blasts. The Ice Princess must not have been expecting the Sayjin to be able to attack from afar, because the first Chi Blast hit the Cold Pokégirl with solidly in the chest. True that the beam was diminished in size since the Sayjin was only using one hand, but the attack caught the 'girl off guard. “RUSH HER!”

Kiki when she heard Marcus shouting. She used the Ice Floor to her advantage. Taking a running start she slid across the ice, using the momentum to ram her shoulder into the Ice Princess in a flying tackle. Kiki tumbled around with the girl, rolling to a stop once they got off the ice. Used to getting beaten around much more, she wasn't as affected like the Ice-type seemed to be. She quickly picked herself up and wrapped her arms around the girl's waist. Ignoring the freezing skin of the Ice Princess she bridged backwards, picking the 'girl up easily. The suplex wasn't the prettiest, but it did it's job of dropping the flailing Ice-type on the back of her neck. Kiki rolled the Ice Princess off from atop of her, sitting up as she looked over to the girl she'd just dropped on her head. “Go on. I dare you to laugh at me again.”

“Was that really necessary?” Marcus asked when the Ice-type showed no signs of getting up.

“You're the one that told me to rush her,” Kiki wrapped her arms around herself, rubbing up and down to try and bring back the feeling.

“Hey, I told you to rush her. Not to give her a Level 5 by scrambling her brains on the sidewalk.” Marcus was thankful that the rest of the group hadn't decided to challenge him again. He passed by them, stopping only long enough to get the pokéball containing the Ice Princess, with Haleigh and Kiki right behind him. “Better luck next time Gents,” Marcus spun around, and without missing a step, gave the group a two fingered salute with his right hand.

“See, I told you that we wouldn't have to wait long.” Haleigh smiled as she draped her wings around her shoulders. She was glad that they had taken care of the challenge when they did. Shortly after they entered the city's limits they were challenged again, this time by a Tamer with a rather intimidating looking Frostdrake. She tried not to smirk when the Tamer walked away with a scowl, but she had to hope that that would be the last time that she was going to see them. She wasn't sure if she was going to be able to beat another Dragon-type that had an added advantage with Ice.

“We stick around here and we can get all of the fights in that we want.” Kiki rubbed her hands together. “We could even make a mint by selling the girls back that we win. We could even challenge people for straight up credits.” Kiki had no doubt that she was good enough to prevent herself and anyone that she was fighting for from leaving the harem.

“So, you want me to start challenging any and all Tamers I come across left and right?” Marcus smirked. “If I did that, then wouldn't I be a lot like the other guys around here?” Marcus suddenly realized that he needed to either switch the extra girls into rotation, sell them, or give them away. “Crap. I completely forgot about that.” Marcus pulled out his 'dex again. He opened the list of girls outside of the active harem. “How in the hell am I supposed to be able to find a home for all these girls?” Marcus still had several Ladyiens, Doggirls, Vixxens, and Kangasscunts stored. Not to mention that Joltina and the newly acquired Ice Princess. 'I seriously don't need the Joltina. I've already got the Electric-Types covered with Terry, Tammy, Tabby, and Sasha.'

Marcus found the PokéCenter within the thirty minutes he was allowed to ignore challenge offers. The first thing he did was have both of the poképacks recharged. He also had his Pokédex recharged as well. Marcus had his harem healed as well while waiting. He didn't need a room at the moment, so he decided to do check in later. Marcus waited until his equipment and harem was taken care of. Before taking care of the harem problem he wanted to restock on supplies. Marcus dipped into the first alleyway he could find with a fire escape and climbed up to the roof. It was unusual, but the roofs of Bebja didn't seem to have much to challenge him with. Thinking about it, he released Sonja.

The Wukong smiled as she saw where they were. “You know, I was starting to wonder if we were ever just gonna do this again, me and you.” Sonja shrank her staff and placed it behind her ear. She just smiled and took off, Marcus following behind her. She felt great. The city was unknown, the rooftops were unexplored, and that just added a feeling of uncertainty and excitement to the run. The only time they had to stop was when they came to the end of a block. Sonja would use her staff to pole-vault to the other side of the street, and then use the pole for Marcus to cross.

For the first time in quite some time, Marcus felt like he was thinking with a clear head. “Well, there's no sense in putting it off any more.” Marcus found a pretty quite rooftop to relax on. It didn't have any visible access to it, so he was assuming that the girls that took care of the building were able to either teleport or fly. Pulling out the 'ball containing the Ice Princess he released the girl.

Her first thought when she realized she was outside was that she was in for another battle, despite having lost. Looking around she couldn't see her Master anywhere, only the man that he'd challenged. “A-are you my new Master?”

“That depends solely up to you. If you want I can turn you over to the 'Center, sell you to a ranch, keep you myself. Or, if you really want, I can try and hunt down your previous Master and see if he'd take you back.” Marcus sat on the edge of the roof top, allowing his tail to hang freely over the side. “Like I said. It's up to you.”

She thought about it for a minute or two. The Tamer seemed nice enough, but in the end, she'd grown attached to her previous owner. “I'd like to go back sir. He might not have been the nicest guy, but I've been with him for so long....” she couldn't find the right words to say. She just missed him.

“Sure thing. Remember where he was staying, or at least his Com Number?” Marcus punched in the number on his 'dex. When the guy answered the call he was glad to see that he didn't hang up right away. Marcus told him where they could meet up and pick her up at.

After the exchange, Marcus felt like spending a bit of money on equipment that he may or may not need in the foreseeable future. He was browsing around the Tamer's Outfitter's shop when Kiki came up to him, a fifty pound sledge hammer in each hand. “And what do you want with those?”

“I wanna use 'em. They just feel right in my hands.” Kiki had checked them out. They were meant to be used by humans, but the handles had been crafted by Elven magic. The tag on them said that they would easily be able to stand up to even an Amachoke swinging them around and striking things. While she wasn't as strong as an Amachoke, Kiki was certain that these would help make her stronger.

“Let me get this straight. You want me to buy you a hundred pounds worth of steel and lumber, just so you can use them to fight?” Marcus didn't know what to think, other than how interesting it would be to see a Sayjin fighting with weapons and instead of just using her hands and feet. “Sure, why not?” Marcus figured that he'd done stranger things for less of a reason.

Kiki beamed from ear to ear. “Thanks!” She ran back to the display, choosing the ones that she felt most comfortable using.

Marcus didn't mind paying for everything. Kiki was beaming from ear to ear after finding her 'perfect' set of hammers. It also didn't surprise him that she wanted to test them out right away. “Forget about it,” Marcus waved the thought away. Right now all she could do was go in with her hammers swinging and hope to hit something. He could have her go up against Terry. If the Maggieton controlled the hammers with her magnetism it might deter Kiki from starting to rely on them to much. The idea of the Maggieton using her hammers as well suddenly gave him an idea that made him grin. “Kiki, head on back to the 'Center. Ask the Nurse Joys if there's anywhere around her we could train without bein' pestered for battles all the time.” Marcus ignored the questioning of his Sayjin as he ran off to find a hardware store.

Kiki idly balanced her new hammers in her hands while she waited for Marcus to return. She was just getting the hang of balancing them by the handles when Marcus walked through the door, a large pine box in his hands. “What's that?”

“Nothing for you. You ask about that place?” Marcus grinned. He could see Kiki annoyed by the fact that he blew her off so easily, but she eventually nodded.

“Yeah. There's a park just outside of town to the west. Big area that has tamers battling, but the park states that there's no Salvage battles that're allowed to happen within the boundaries.” Kiki slung the hammer in her left hand across her shoulder while the right dropped, leaving her holding the hammer just below the head. “It's private property that's been opened to the public. That's why they're allowed to get away with having the 'No Forfeiture' rule. But that means we got every Tom, Dick, and Harry standing around on the outside of the entrance, just waiting to pick up the guys coming out.”

Marcus beamed. “Even better. Come on. I wanna see if this works.” Marcus let Kiki lead the way. It was a blessing to not have to deal with every tamer wanting to battle him, which meant that he'd have to keep the rarer members of his harem put up more in the city. It honestly wasn't fair, but it would at least keep them in the harem longer. When they arrived at the arena that Kiki had lead him to, Marcus could see the guys she was warning him about. “Bastards are worse than Cuntdors,” Marcus muttered under his breath.

The area inside of the arena was what he would have expected to see. There were girls here and there battling each other while their tamers shouted orders from the sidelines. Groups of girls stood around, demonstrating to each other their abilities to each other, others actually teaching other moves. It reminded him almost of Sadie Poken's day, only there was no chance he was going to walk away with a larger harem. Seeing a relatively quiet spot, Marcus began showing Kiki the basics of what she'd need to know. With the Sayjin playing with her new weapons of war, Marcus decided to try out his idea. Grabbing the Maggieton's pokéball from his belt he released her. “Sorry, but which are you?”

The Maggieton looked around before resting her eyes on Marcus. “Honey, you didn't have to bring me here if you wanted to get a bit kinky.”

Marcus chuckled. It had to be Tabby, “Sorry. I wanted to see if you could do something. Terry would be the most willing, to try it out. You, not so much.” Marcus stood still while the Maggieton floated over. Turning her back to him she pressed her body back up against his. “Come on. Do you really want to do this here in front of everyone?”

“It certainly feels like you do Master,” Tabby let her left hand snake up to cup Marcus's face. Her right wedged itself between the naked metallic flesh of her ass and the growing bulge in Marcus's pants. “See? I think someone wants to come out an play.”

Marcus couldn't resist. His tail unwound itself from around his waist only to mold itself to the inside of Tabby's leg. “Tell you want. You play my game and I'll play yours. How's that sound?” Marcus could tell that Tabby was enjoying the feeling of his tail. Especially if the growing dampness was any indication. Tabby let out a 'coo' of agreeance. Marcus pulled himself away from Terry, much to her protests, and opened up the pine box. He pulled out four large steel rings. “Can you control these by sticking those orbs inside?”

“Only if you promise I get to drain your orbs tonight,” Tabby brought a fist up to her mouth and stuck her tongue in her cheek, imitating the action of sucking him off.

“Come on.”

“Oh, I intend to.” Tabby couldn't help but chuckle at the exasperated look of her Master. She took one of the rings from his hands and examined it. It was sharp, she'd give him that. One of the orbiting orbs around her suddenly zoomed right in front of her and halted at head level. She plucked the ball from the air and placed it in the middle of the ring. It barely fit together. She magnetized the entire circular blade, making sure that the orb wouldn't come loose. She repeated the process with the remaining three rings and orbs. “There you go.” The orbs and rings buzzed around her like miniature flying saws. “This is the easiest thing you've ever asked me to do, other than take it up the ass.”

Marcus rolled his eyes. “You're the one that wanted it up the ass. Terry almost killed me for it when she came out half way through.” Marcus never wanted to try electric play again after that. “Go on, practice with it for a while. I don't want you having to rely on them in a pinch and not know what you're doing.” Marcus waited patiently while Tabby sashayed away. He sat back and observed Kiki and Tabby both. They both seemed to be getting the hang of it, though Tabby seemed a bit bored by it all.

“Hey, fella. How about a match?”

Marcus turned around to see one of the most normal looking tamers he'd ever seen. The guy reminded him of 'Joe-Shmoe.' “Sure man, why not? This is a Salvage free zone isn't it?” Marcus grinned when the Tamer nodded. “Good deal.” Marcus turned around when he felt someone tapping on his shoulders. Looking back he saw that Tabby was looking around in confusion. “Something wrong?”

“Yes. I was wondering if you could tell me where we are at.” The last thing that Tammy remembered was the group camping out in the woods on their way to Bebja. With all of he Tamers around she was sure that they were in Bebja, but the city was south of them. And despite the large number of Tamers and pokégirls gathered, she was surprised, although relieved, that they all seemed to be in a decent move.

“Just west of Bebja. This is kinda like a free range park, and it's about the only place close to Bebja that's not subjugated to Salvage or Forfeiture rulings.” Marcus could tell from the demeanor that the Maggieton seemed to have around her that it was Tammy. This personality of the Maggieton seemed to be to much like a mother. “This guy was just asking us to battle. Since you're out and not Tabby or Terry, I figured I'd give Kiki a chance to play with her new hammers.”

Tammy eyed the Sayjing that was practically cuddling with two large sledgehammers. “I'll be ready to heal anyone that gets hurt.” Tammy grew annoyed with the fact that her satellites were orbiting around her with razor sharp rings magnetized to them. She barely had any trouble as she reversed the polarization of the magnetism. She handed the sharpened rings to Marcus. “I don't want those things.”

“You know, Tabby's gonna be pissed. I promised her a taming if she'd practice with those.” Marcus placed the rings back in the box. Tabby would use them with the promise of a good taming, and Terry would do all but murder him if he tried to keep them away from her. Tammy was a straight up pacifist, although Marcus was sure that she'd fight if she was forced to. Marcus turned over to Kiki. “Gotta fight for you.”

Kiki twirled the hammers in her hands once, “About damn time. I was starting to die of boredom.” Kiki looked over to where she thought her opponent was.

“Nope, it's this guy.” Marcus jerked his thumb behind him.

Kiki grinned as she waited. The guy released a girl that looked like she was going to a dance recital, not a fight. “What kind of shit is this? We're fighting, not having a dance battle.” Kiki choked up on the shafts of her hammers. With her hands more than half way up the shaft the weight felt much lighter. The 'girl started dancing around in circles. Kiki followed her movements as best she could. While the style wasn't as wild as neither Marcus nor Sonja, the twists and turns all made it difficult to properly follow her spinning opponent. Kiki rushed forward, only to be meet by a torrent of water. While it wasn't painful, the blast was still forceful enough to push her backwards.

Seeing the torrent of water come from nowhere pretty much cinched what the girl was that Kiki was fighting. There were only two breeds that had any sort of Water/Fighting combination, and one of them had large claws instead of hands. 'Most likely a Pirouette,' Marcus didn't know if Kiki was going to be able to beat the girl. The Pirouette's 'Spiral' energy could be a force to be reckoned. Several years ago, a wondering tamer had found his way to his family's dojo. The Pirouette that the guy owned actually fought his mom to a draw. A fact that the Sayjin was not happy about.

Kiki felt like a drowned Titmouse. Water penetrated every layer of clothing she had, and her vision was getting blurred from the water leaking from her hair into her eyes. She dropped her hammers, wiping away the water in her eyes. The feeling of someone punching her in the stomach caused her to drop both weapons and double over in pain.

Marcus turned his head when he saw the Pirouette spin while bringing her leg straight up. Her foot glowed with a bright light as she charged up what looked to be a Hyper Kick. There was a meaty 'smack' as she brought her foot down on the back of Kiki's back, just above the shoulder blades where the neck met the back. He peeked through closed eyes as Kiki went down to a knee. “Alright. As much as I hate to say it, Kiki's loosing this pretty bad.”

Kiki struggled to get back up on her feet, but her body wasn't listening to her like she wanted. “I....... can.....”

“No. You can't. You lost. Get over it,” Marcus recalled the Sayjin, although he had to retrieve the hammers himself. “You all might want to clear out of here.” Marcus pulled Sasha's ball from his belt. He knew exactly what to do with it as he walked out, the Cuntdor bastards hanging around the entrance tried to stop him long enough to challenge him for one of his girls. Marcus knew he was going to get in trouble for this, but he released Sasha. He closed his eyes and steeled himself against the screams of horror as Sasha was mistaken for a Panthress. With everyone distracted he quickly recalled her and ran back into town.

Marcus was enjoying a relaxing bath when there came a loud rapping at his door. Sighing he knew what it was about. Grabbing hold of his pokédex he went to the door and peaked out of the peep-hole. Just as he thought. Opening the door Marcus scratched the back of his head, “Afternoon officer.”

“Mr. Waters, we'll need you to come with us.” The Officer Jenny at the door had her hands on the firearm at her waist. If the tamer made one move towards his pokéballs, there was going to be a lot of paperwork for her to fill out for justifiable shooting of a human.

“Calm down. I know what this is about.” Marcus opened his pokédex so that the Jenny could see what he was doing. “Here, take a look.” He had the information on Sasha brought up, as well as the reports that've been filed against him during her previous matches. He handed the 'dex to the Jenny, waiting as she read the information. Marcus accepted the 'dex back with a smile.

“Mr. Waters, I'll inform you now. If you ever pull a stunt like this again, you will be charged with disturbing the peace and instigating a riot.” The Jenny secured the holster around her firearm, “Is that clear?”

Marcus lost his smile, standing up straight. “Yeah. But if I need her, I won't hesitate to call on her.” Marcus watched as the Officer Jenny walked down the hall. Peaking outside of the door he could see several other Jennies, and he was guessing that there were even more waiting outside. Marcus sighed and plopped down on the sofa in his room. He looked over to where the remote laid on the couch. Lazily he leaned the opposite way, freeing his tail from around his waist. His tail snaked across the cushions, wrapping around the remote and then depositing the electronic device into his hand. His harem was resting comfortably inside of their pokéballs for the moment, which left Marcus a chance to gain some peace and quiet.

With nothing on the television, Marcus opted for some company. He had to get up to retrieve his belt, but one by one the members of his harem were released. It was odd seeing Anahi in her human form, but then again she really only used it for when she had to be indoors unless it was a battle. Marcus was glad that it was Terry and not Tabby. He just wasn't up to having to deal with an overly amorous girl that weighed that much climbing over him all the time. He gave her the rings, not saying anything as her and Kiki left to practice more.

“Hey, Marcus.”

Marcus looked down where Sasha was sitting on the floor, her head leaned back into his lap. “Wha'cha wunt?”

“Are we going to be challenging the gym here in town?” Sasha still felt disturbed by the fact that Marcus had used her to frighten all those people. She could understand why he did it, and felt that it was actually justified, but she still felt raw about the fact that he hadn't asked her first.

“I don't see why not. How's tomorrow sound for you girls?” Marcus looked around. Everyone seemed to be in agreement. “Then tomorrow it is then. So, you think Kiki or Terry'll mind?” Marcus grinned. He already knew the answer to that question. Tammy would go along just to make sure everyone was okay, Tabby would only fight if it meant a night devoted solely to her, and Terry; Terry would go along just for the fight. And Kiki was a Sayjin through and through. “Well. If we're gonna do that, then we might as well get in some practice.” Marcus stretched as he stood up. After dressing marcus took his harem to find Terry and Kiki. They were able to get quite a bit of training done until the Maggieton's personalites switched and Tabby dragged Marcus inside for the taming she was promised.

Marcus rolled the heavy body off of him. With her skin feeling just not right, and from the dual color head of hair pointed at him, he was guessing that Tabby was still sleeping. The sky was dark, looking like it threatened to rain, when Marcus stood in the window. Getting dressed he returned Tabby to her pokéball. When he was ready he ordered breakfast, releasing the rest of his harem when the food arrived. “Eat hearty ladies. We've got a Gym Battle today.”

Marcus ran as the rain peppered the sidewalk. Everyone in his harem was staying dry by having him carry them around in their pokéballs. When he finally found the gym he was soaked from heat to toe. A girl with sea-foam green hair bowed to him as he entered. She raised both hands from his feet to his head, drawing off all of the rainwater that had drenched him. She lazily sent it splashing out onto the already soaked sidewalk. “Uhh, thanks.”

“It is no problem sir.” The Watermaiden bowed again as the Tamer walked away. There weren’t very many that even bothered to thank her.

Marcus followed the signs to the lobby. There most unusual presence in the Gym, almost like it should have been a church. Sliding into the line Marcus waited for his turn with the lobbyist. There were quite the number of people in front of him, all of them waiting to battle it out with the Gym Leader. Marcus played with the idea back and forth of whither or not he wanted to do any more research into the Gym. While he knew that it catered to the 'Good' types like Angels and Megamis, he didn't know if he wanted to ruin the surprise of entering the battle with just that.

“It's just my luck. I finally plan on going back home if I lost here, and you're here to give me a farewell party.”

Marcus looked up from where he'd been nodding off to sleep. “Ding Bing! I guess that means that you've lost pretty well then. Huh?” Marcus clasped forearms with his one time partner. “Guess I shouldn't be slacking around then.”

“You're right about that.” Ding Bing took a deep breath and let it out slowly. “Just because you're amongst the Angels of Heaven, doesn't mean you shouldn't fear the Demons of Hell.”

“Aincent Edo saying?” Marcus asked, his fingers fluttering back and forth as he widened his eyes.

“No, just something that seems to be a popular saying given to those that underestimate this Gym.”

Marcus turned his head to the feminine voice that chirped in. “And you would be, who exactly?”

The woman bowed slightly. “I would be one of the PokéWomen you may, or may not, be facing against, Young Master Marcus.”

Marcus gave Ding Bing a questioning look as he watched the PokéWoman walk away. “You know. I almost prefer having Infernals.” Marcus said right out of the blue. “They're not as mysterious, and if you get them to like you, then you're pretty much always guaranteed to escape relatively unharmed.” Marcus grinned. “And not to mention that they're up for the kinkier stuff in bed.”

“What ever. Just make sure that you're not about to loose to them. I won't feel satisfied until I've beaten you myself.” Ding Bing squared his shoulders. Marcus was a few years older than him, that much was certain. But he couldn't allow himself to accept the fact that this tamer, who seemed to only practice as a past time, had managed to beat him. 'Of course,' Dingbing thought to himself, 'we've never gone against each other the way we wanted to.' Both times Ding Bing had been forced to fight the Tamer through either his 'girls, or barehanded.

“I don't need you telling me that, Ding Dong.” Marcus thought it'd be a good idea to have Ding Bing stay and watch the match, and end the end, the Edo tamer consented to it. Marcus got the sneaking suspicion that it was to see how much he had progressed as opposed to doing more research against the Gym like he was saying.

“Mr. Waters, you're up.”

Marcus stood up when his name was called and followed the attendant. He didn't know what sort of girl she was, but he wasn't to worried about it. The lobbyist usually weren't the ones that participated in the battles. What he was looking forward to was the Pokéwoman he met earlier. She said there was a possibility of having to go up against her. The first thing he noticed when he entered the arena was that the Gym Leader was already there. There were four girls standing around in a semi-circle in front of him. Off the bat he figured that two of them were going to be a slight problem. They were standing around on the ends of the line up, and each one was carrying an instrument. One was carrying a fiddle, and the other was carrying a keytar. The woman that had spoken to him earlier was there as well, dressed up in the outfit of a Catholic Nun that seemed prepped for battle. The fourth remaining girl was armored while carrying a longsword. “Well crap.”

Marcus quickly thought about his options. The best option would be to use all of the older members of his harem. Unfortunately, most of them were gone. The oldest four would make for a potent combination. Anahi, Sonja, Haleigh, and Sasha. The Wolf Queen, Wukong, Dragoness, and Jugguar. Looking around he realized that there was enough room for Anahi's battle form, as well as plenty enough room for Haleigh to fly around. Pulling Anahi's ball from it's slot on his belt, Marcus released her first. “Gym battle. Looks like it's going to be four on four. Who do you want for the team?”

Anahi sized the opponents up with a quick glance. “Sonja,” Anahi wasn't sure who else to pick. The older members of the harem would be more likely to do as she said, but she needed to assert herself over the two new comers first. “And the two new girls.” Anahi nodded as her choices were released.

“Listen up girls,” Marcus snapped his fingers to get Kiki's attention, “Anahi's in charge, you all know that. You do what she says when she says it, even if it means retreating.” Marcus could tell that Kiki was hating this idea. And since the Maggieton wasn't complaining or trying to get into his pants, he was assuming that it was Tammy's personality that was in control. While it wasn't his first choice, he was beginning to see how the defensive nature of the personality would come in handy. “Okay girls, good luck.”

Anahi waited patiently while the man announcing the match did his business. They were up against the Leader's Warrior Nun, Angel, Bardesses. From what she could tell, only two of them were fighters. The other two seemed to frail to be of any use in a fight. She didn't switch to her battle mode yet, staying in her dark skinned human form. When the whistle blew the first thing that she couldn't prevent was Kiki from rushing out with her hammers. Despite her belated warning, the Sayjin met face to face with the Warrior Nun. The Sayjin leaped up into the air, only to spin in a three hundred sixty degree rotation, whipping the sledgehammer in her right hand around in an obvious follow through. “Mags!”

Terry shot her hand out, grabbing the metallic head of the sledgehammer with her magnetism. Jerking her hand back she caused the hammer wielding Sayjin to suddenly change course, away from the devastating snap kick that the Warrior Nun just launched. “You can't keep rushing into fights blindly dear,” Terry used a hand to push her hair behind her ears. She could feel that they were all wearing metallic protectors, but if they weren't made of magnetic metals, then there wasn't much she could do against them.

Anahi's attention never left the quartet of opponents. The one that had nearly kicked Kiki out of the arena and the Angel carrying a sword had moved to the front, the ones carrying the instruments to the back. While she knew what the instruments were for, she didn't know why they were carrying them into battle. Her questions were answered when they both began to play, their instruments giving off a hazy aura that seemed to be now emitting from the forward combatants.

Kiki was tempted to smack Tammy upside her head with the hammers. 'What does that bitch think she's doing?' Kiki watched as the one she was about to strike rushed forward, much faster that what she could. Sonja was the one that leaped out to intercept her, the Wukong's staff growing exponentially until it was the size of a pillar. The entire arena shook as the heavy staff slammed onto the floor. Kiki took the moment to rush forward again, this time dropping her hammers. Using the speed of Comet Punch to quickly close the gap, Kiki was face to face with the Warrior Nun in fractions of a second. Unleashing a barrage of Gatling Punches to the Nun's body, Kiki finished with a close quarter Chi Blast. The beam of energy struck the girl in the torso, causing her to fly back like a ragdoll. “That's one bitch dow...”

Sonja smiled as she watched the Warrior Nun drag her self up. Her clothing was a little tattered and ruffled, but the skin underneath seemed almost flawless. “Maybe you ought to leave her to Anahi. They've both got regenerative enhancements. You'd just tire yourself out.” Sonja shrank her staff back down to a more manageable size, about that of a sword. Holding one end with both hands, she rushed forward, clashing with the Angel. “You two try and take out the supporters!”

Tammy didn't know what to say. She was left alone with Kiki, someone that she didn't get along very well with, and she was supposed to attack the supporters of the opposite side. 'Terry's the one that should be out here for this, not me.' Tammy hovered above the floor by a good two feet. With not much metal to go by, she wasn't going to be very mobile, but that wasn't much of a problem since she considered herself more along the lines of a shield. “Kiki, try not to listen to their music. They could do some serious damage to you if they can get you to listen.”

“Who in the fuck would care about music at a time like this?” Kiki grinned as she rushed forward, picking up one of her discarded hammers in the process. She rushed forward, dodging Sonja's fight with the Angel, and Anahi's fight with the Warrior Nun. As she got closer to the two musicians, Kiki found herself slowing down. She was only a half yard from them when she stopped completely. Yawning she became aware of the fact that she could hear the one with the violin playing a soft tune. Her entire body felt sluggish and slow, and instead of battle, she found herself wanting a nap instead.

Anahi's large muzzle missed with the Bite she was trying to use on the fleeing Warrior Nun. She quickly morphed back to her human form when a spinning jump kick threatened to take her head off. Crouching low she sprang forward, morphing back into her wolf form as she tackled the girl. She was able to carry her easily over one shoulder as she jumped up. She intended to fall back down to the stadium floor, crushing the girl between her and the floor. Somehow Anahi lost grip of the Warrior Nun, the girl jumping down off her back. Anahi turned in midair, watching as the Warrior Nun fell right towards Kiki. Drawing her right arm back, Anahi unleashed a ferocious stream of flames that struck the Warrior Nun in the back, causing her trajectory to shift.

Sonja held the staff across her back under both arms as she spun. The staff managed to knock Kiki out of the way, sending her far from where the Warrior Nun crash landed, breaking the magical spells that the Bardesses were casting. “Kiki! Get your damn ass back here!”

Anahi suddenly realized what was going on. With the music stopping, she was able to think clearer now. “Sonja. You take the Mags and target the two in the back. I'll take Kiki and we'll hold them off of you two.” Anahi shifted her form yet again, reappearing as her human self. Kiki was quick to get back, though she had to avoid a sudden attack by the winged being carrying around the sword. With her suddenly flying she wished she would have chosen Haleigh instead. She would have reassigned the Mags to take care of the flier, but she was one of the only girls out that could handle the instrument girls without getting to close.

Tammy was really wishing that it was Terry. While she was better with the electrical powers at their command, Terry was the fighter, the Sword. Tammy nodded, throwing up a Static Barrier against the Angel when she tried to take another slash at them. “I'll do my best.”

“Don't worry about it so much. If everything starts going down hill, just zap 'em.” Sonja nodded, rushing forward. Pulling a few hairs from her head she blew on them. Suddenly there were a good dozen or so illusions of her and Tammy rushing forward, confusing the quartet. She could hear both of them starting with a fast passed tune, the Angel and Warrior Nun accelerating far beyond what they should have been capable of. One by one the illusions were cut through, vanishing into thin air as either a sword or a kick plunged through them. “NOW!”

Tammy gathered the electrical energy through both hands. Three of the orbs formed a triangular pattern around the center one. Changing the polarity quickly and severely, the middle satellite shot off like it was fired from a railgun. The attack missed the Bardesses, smashing a small crater at the feet of the one on her right. The attack broke the concentration, causing the music that they were starting to play to go off key and ruin the effects of their magic, whatever they may be.

Kiki rushed forward again, using her Hammer to bat away the sword strike from the Angel. Ignoring the winged foe, she went straight towards the musical supporters. She was ready to crack the keytar in two when the Bardess opened her mouth, letting out a loud screech that caused Kiki to drop to her knees and attempt to cover both ears with her hands.

Anahi's sensitive hearing picked up the Screech all to well. Her wolfish face winced in pain as the sonic attack assaulted her eardrumbs. It was all the opening that the Warrior Nun needed to back off a bit. She could do nothing but watch in agony as a large book was summoned from nowhere, and just as pokégirls are formed from red energy when being released, dozens of daggers formed from the brightly glowing white orbs that the book produced. Anahi shifted back to her human form, making herself not only a smaller target, but decreasing her hearing as a result. She used all of her speed and agility to flee from the rain of daggers that fell on her.

Sonja quickly enlarged the staff from the sword size pole she was wielding, to the size of an average quarterstaff when the Angel summoned another sword to her hand. Slapping the ground with one end Sonja twitched the end back up, causing the Angel to cover her eyes instinctively. The illusion of dirt being flung in her eyes was all that she needed to spin her body, the staff whipping around to catch the Angel in her midsection. “Made you look!” Sonja sang out as she continued the attack, although the Angel recovered quickly to block the majority of strikes.

Tammy controlled the satellites as if she was breathing. They were easy enough to manipulate, the orbs buzzing about the two Bardesses in an attempt to drive them away. She created a ring out of the four orbs, encircling the Bardess with the violent. The Bardess screamed in pain as she was electrocuted from all sides. Tammy quickly ended the shock after only a moment, worried that she may have hurt the girl to much. “Ar-are you alright?”

“What the fuck is wrong with you?! If your not going to fight, then at least bring Terry out!” Kiki screamed as she unleashed another Chi Blast. The first had managed to shut the Bardess's mouth, ending the Screech attack. Kiki picked up her hammer with one hand. Rushing forward she swung it in a horizontal strike. With nothing to stop her attack, Kiki grinned as she broke the keytar in a single strike. “Would you look at that. I guess I broke your little to-” Kiki's taunting was cut short when she felt someone pick her up by the back of her hair. She barely had time to do anything before she found the entire arena began flipping around before she felt herself smashing into the ground.

Anahi cursed loudly again as the Warrior Nun slipped through her attacks and aimed for Kiki. She shifted forms, drawing her right hand back. The Magic Fist struck the ground, and with a bit of willpower, she directed the blast towards the Warrior Nun and Kiki. The blast was enough to separate the hotheaded member of her pack from the enemy's. “Stay back and attack from afar dammit. I can't keep saving you every time you get into a fix!”

“Mind your own fucking business!” Kiki wiped the blood from her face as she stood up. Blood started pouring from her nose, and she was sure she'd broken it. She was tempted to attack the Wolf Queen, but there was a much more important fight going on. She threw the hammer. Rather than try and block it, the girls simply moved out of the way, the Bardesses never missing a single key in their songs.

Sonja wanted to smack the Sayjin across the back of the head. “Anahi, you need to handle this when we get through here,” she told the Wolf Queen and current Alpha. The Sayjin was turning out to be pleasant enough outside of battle, but she was a bitch during matches that required team work.

Anahi stood in front of everyone when the Warrior Nun summoned the book again. Once again the book produced dozens of glowing spheres that materialized into small knives. She was prepared to block the sudden onslaught of knives when they clashed and froze in a net that seemed to be made of lightning. She turned around to the Maggieton, who now had a twisted smile on her face.

Terry knew exactly what was going on. She'd been barely conscious of what was happening through Tammy's eyes when she was waking up, and now that the pacifist was gone, it was her turn. The knives seemed to turn around in midair as she controlled them. With just a thought, she sent the knives back like a swarm of arrows. They never reached her opponents, the book that she was guessing that had summoned them had dragged them back into the papers. “Just these four, and you all're having troubles?”

“Shut it Ter.” Kiki grinned. With Terry now taking over for Tammy, it was going to be a different story. Kiki tossed one of the sledgehammers to Terry, who simply caught it with her magnetism. Gripping the second hammer just under the head, Kiki ran forward again.

Terry rushed forward with Kiki, meeting the winged wonder and the robed woman towards the middle. Terry's body reacted instantly and subconsciously as she brought her arm up. The sword clanged nosily on her arm as her skin hardened to metal in reaction to the blow. “Bad choice,” grinning Terry activated her Lightning Body. The Angel convulsed as hundreds of thousands of electricity arched through her body.

With Terry controlling the body, Sonja figured that they now had a chance to turn the tide of battle. She shank the staff in her hands down to the size of a small sword. She used Kiki as a springboard, leaping over her and the Warrior Nun. Drawing her arm back she snapped it forward, hurtling the now javelin sized rod at the Bardess holding the keytar. The rod flew straight and true, smacking the instrument with the tip. While the instrument itself seemed indestructible, the girl playing it was not. The force of the strike, and the weight of the pole in general, caused her to fall backwards. Landing just short of where the Bardess was standing before, Sonja twirled around. The staff had reappeared in her hands as she turned. With the surprise of the attack, Sonja was able to strike the second Bardess in the throat, sending her to her knees gasping for breath.

Anahi could see the tides turning for the better when Sonja nearly took out the two support girls, dancing out of the way when the Warrior Nun broke the fight with Kiki to try and stop the Wukong. Anahi looked up to see that while she was more agile in the air than the Mags, the Angel wasn't having very much success in fighting the Maggieton. She was spraying Feather Shurikens left and right, but the hardened points clanged against her skin before floating to the ground. Anahi leaped over Kiki, tucking her body she brought her left foot down. The Magic Kick caught the Warrior Nun on the forearm. Despite her attempt to block the attack, the Warrior Nun was driven down to a knee. Anahi grinned savagely when she felt the bone break under the force of the kick. Landing above the Warrior Nun Anahi finally managed to sink her teeth into the girl's shoulder. Picking her up, and shaking her head, Anahi shook the girl around like a ragdoll.

Terry didn't even have to try an dodge the onslaught of feathers. While the points were probably sharp and strong enough to deal damage to skin, they weren't strong enough to penetrate her steel epidermis. Seein' movement out of the corner of her eye caused an idea to spark. Controlling the satellites, Terry was flinging bolt after bolt of lightning at the fleeing angel. She pushed her towards the arena floor, making sure to keep her back towards the Sayjin squaring up for an attack with the sledgehammers.

Kiki was furious about the fact that, yet again, her target had been taken by Anahi. When the fight was over, someone was going to pay dearly for this. Kiki glanced up, staring at the Angel battling Terry. An unspoken plan hatched between the two of them when they made eye contact. Slowly she worked her way around to where the Maggieton was positioning the Angel. She gripped the hammers tightly, bringing the two of them back over her right shoulder. She heard the Angel's tamer shouting out the warning, but it was to late. The strikes from the hammer landed on either side of the Angel's spine between the wing joints. The Angel dropped, the sudden strike both surprising and stopping the wing beat. Kiki grinned as the Angel fell down at her feet. She was about to strike the girl again when the Angel suddenly started digging through the ground. Before she could do anything, the Angel had lost her wings, and was now below the ground. “What the fuck?”

Sonja watched as the red beam of light recalled both of the Bardesses. She waved at their Tamer before jogging dramatically over to where Anahi was facing off against the Warrior Nun. She wasn't able to do much. The Wolf Queen was trading blows with the Warrior Nun. While the right side of her shoulder was bloodied, Sonja couldn't see any indications that the Warrior Nun was injured. She waited, twirling the stick around in her hand as she walked up behind the fighting Warrior Nun. She slung the staff over her shoulder. She waited, the staff slung over her shoulder like a bat, for the best time. Taking the chance, she swung as hard as she could. She wasn't strong enough to do much damage, but that was countered by the electrical energy from the spell mimicking that of the Electric Blade technique. She grinned as the Warrior Nun shrieked at the surprise attack. Despite her falling to the ground, Sonja continued to strike the fallen girl. Each time the electrical energy caused her to contort her body into an unnatural position, shrieking in pain as electricity flooded her body. After a bit, the assault no longer had any effect on the girl, the Gym Leader recalling his girl.

Marcus was grinning from ear to ear. The only girl left out belonging to the Gym Leader was the Angel, and she was currently underground. 'This was easier than I thought,' Marcus wondered when exactly he was able to train his harem so well. Of course he was sure that most of it was due to his parents. The only thing that bothered him, was the way that Kiki was acting during the fight. She'd done fine against the ones she'd gone one on one with, but now that she was forced to work together, it was almost like she'd become a different person. It might have been the hammers, but he doubted that. “You gonna call it quits?”

With just a nod of his head, Gabriel forfeited the match. The referee had completely finished calling the match before Marcus ever recalled his first girl. When the younger Tamer walked over, Gabriel had no problem handing him the badge that he'd earned, with just a word of congratulations and luck. When he was finished he quietly walked back to his own little office. There was a knocking at his door, followed by Esmeralda walking into his room.

“Did everything go according to plan?”

Gabriel nodded. “He won, and it was pretty easy to convince him that he'd won.”

Esmeralda walked over behind Gabriel, bending over to drape her arms around his shoulders. “Thank you.” Not many tamers, even the ones with Celestials in their harems, would be willing to throw a match for the greater good. “Now I just hope that everything else plays through as I've seen it.”
