The final stage of this amorphous slime line shows an increased control over the genetic material they store, making the Slimette Queen able to take some of the essence of the pokegirl into themselves in addition to their ability to create E-Medals with ease. Known as the Genetic General pokegirl, this final stage of the Slimette line is hypothesized to have been created as Cocooner's generals and personal assistants.

The mass gain upon evolution is significant, usually an increase of 25% or greater, and many of the breed put the increase in mass into height and bust increases, many catering to their own preferences and/or their tamer's demands. Their color often shifts to a darker hue, though some may become almost completely clear of color. Once again, other than slight color and mass differences, the only separation of this breed and their previous evolution is their intelligence, as many are slightly above the average human intelligence.

Commanding often sums up the Slimette Queen's attitude, though like other noted rulers, there are vastly different styles. Some of this slime breed make effective Alphas, knowing how to keep their harem sisters fit, happy, and healthy, others are little more than tyrants (with or without power) demanding everything be done for their tamer's (and their own) benefit. Though the breed has no commanding aura with which to get other pokegirls to obey, often the simple intimidation of their assortment of abilities allows the breed to make things happen.

The durability of the breed is notable for a pokegirl type made entirely out of slime. Punches and kicks often only cause their skin to ripple like the surface of a pond when a leaf lands on it. This royal slime breed can also almost instantly revert to a semi-liquid state, making melee attacks dangerous for her foes. Many attacking pokegirls have found their arms or legs trapped within the Slimette Queen, only to then face one of the slime pokegirl's venoms or tentacles, or in the case of a feral, subject to their digestive processes. Most members of the breed are just as aggressive as they were when they were Slimette Princesses, though some are more openly hostile than others.

Despite their low libidos, Slimette Queens are still actively seek out tamings, though this is more for feeding than physical pleasure. Taming their partners into exhaustion is still a common practice, and many tamers use this breed to catch the more sexual breeds of feral pokegirls. As a breed, their preferences are variable, though individuals have often found personal favorites. A common theme among the breed is utilizing their tentacles during a taming, as this allows the breed to feed from multiple partners at once.

Expanding on the breeds abilities with genetic absorption, Queens can now create E-medals with almost 100% efficiency, though the process still takes just as long and is just as draining as it was for the Slimette Princess. Some Leagues have utilized this breed in a production style manufacturing, keeping Slimette Princesses and Queens in large compounds with selected pokegirls and producing an E-Medal on average of one per 18 months for each individual. The breed's ability to take on a secondary element if they hold an evolution stone in their mass is still present, and for this final evolution, does not effect the breed's ability to store and utilize DNA from other pokegirls.

Noted among many researchers as the most interesting aspect of this slime breed's control over DNA, is their ability to pull techniques or other attributes from the DNA they store. If given enough time absorbing a single pokegirl breed's DNA, the Slimette Queen can use some of that breed's techniques or abilities. This does not mean complete mastery over these new found abilities, however, and even the most seasoned of these royal slimes must train with the pokegirl breed to be able to use the technique or control their new found ability effectively. Otherwise, the pokegirl may accidentally blast an area with a Dragon Rage when she attempts to form her amorphous body into draconian wings for flight. Studies have shown that once these pokegirls begin absorbing other types of DNA, the abilities from the previous DNA will fade, but they can be maintained indefinitely with breed exclusive DNA absorption. Domestics often utilize this ability by taming exclusively with one of her harem sisters and her tamer (human DNA doesn't affect this ability). Though ferals could effectively do this, the breed's animalistic nature makes them extremely poor planners. Even with the somewhat temporary nature of this ability, it still makes this final stage of Cocooner's little helpers a very unpredictable breed.

Feral Slimette Queens are considered dangerous, as many will follow up a taming session with a full dissolving of their prey, which allows the breed to feed more heavily. They tend to lie in wait in their semi-liquid form, appearing as a puddle or slipping into tiny crevices, only to quickly wrap their tentacles around passing pokegirls. Researchers have also noted that on the rare occasion that one of these pokegirls discover a Heavy Metal, they begin to prey exclusively on a single species, and instinctively create an E-Medal of that type. It is believed that this is the reason why Tamers occasionally find E-Medals in the wilderness, though more often than not, the E-Medal must be pulled from the Queen who made it after defeating her in battle. While domesticated Slimette Queens mentioned that they feel no compulsion to follow Cocooner's call, it should be noted that no studies have conclusively shown if the breed is susceptible to being controlled by the Legendary.

Ferals do show a curious behavior when around Annt Queens, Wasp Queens, or Buzzqueens, in that they attempt to dominate the other Queen, and take up residence in the hive or mound. Utilizing their tentacles, this slime breed tames several workers and the resident insect queen at once, often several times daily. Oddly, the breeds show no hostility toward each other, and the Slimette Queen makes no attempt to eat her hosts. It seems to be a strange symbiosis, and research into the phenomon is spotty due to the dangers of the insect types.

Threshold directly into a Slimette Queen has not been recorded, though it is suspected that a strong enough ancestry could result in a threshold case.
