Thought to be a logical conclusion to the Tigress's pure fighting ability, the Houshee was believed to be designed to temper the breed's passion with cold logic and make them more effective on the battle field. Notes on the apparent 'failure' of the breed's psychic typing to temper their sensuality have been recovered, though by that time many members of this philosophical fighting pokegirl had been studied and the war long over.

Like the Tigress, the Houshee has a gamut of appearances, though the breed as a whole lean decidedly into the animorphic range of appearances. All members of the breed have rounded ears and a tail thicker than their pre-evolved form, as this appendage is now more muscular and can be used as a third leg for balance. Non-furred members of the breed tend towards darker skin tones with lighter stripes covering their back arms, and legs. Fur of the breed tends to be an inversion of the normal tiger-stripe coloration, with dark fur over lighter stripes. Actual tones vary from solid black to to grey with stripes being white to nearly black. Stripes are almost always shades lighter than the fur colors. Hair colors of the breed tends to match the overall fur color, though oddities following the stripe colors have been noted. Animorphic members of the breed may be digigrade or plantigrade, have full, partial, or no muzzles, and their gait may or may not be altered for walking on all fours. Eye colors of the breed tend to range in the feline realm of colors, though human appearing irises have been noted (pupils are always feline). Height of the breed averages at 6, though individuals as short as 4.5 feet or as tall as 7 have been noted (1.37 - 2.13 meter range).

Many members of the breed often seem more disciplined than they truly are, as the psychic nature of the breed allows them to focus on tasks at hand. When given the option, many members of the breed have been reported to prefer taming to other pass-times. Due to the breed's innate knowledge of history, it seems debates on philosophical topics are also a favored hobby. Most find places in wondering tamer's harems, and can often work well as an Alpha or Beta, though most of the breed's solutions to problems are sexual in nature, with fighting and debates being close seconds. Other avenues are, oddly, childcare, as this breed of pokegirl tends to be fiercely protective of any youths, and can be described as prudish when around children. It's often joked that children are the only water that could douse this tiger pokegirl's flames.

Fighting against a Houshee is often an invitation for mass confusion. While the breed can employ their control of gravity over themselves to leap incredible heights and pounce upon foes before attacking further, they're also just as likely to attempt to turn the battle into a sex battle by utilizing their telekinesis and techniques to grope and excite opponents from afar. In other battles, they can rely on their array of psychic and fighting techniques and begin battles by teleporting in for a Backstab. Though often formidable opponents, they are still easily bested by flying and ghost types. It should be noted the breed can also seem to fly due to gravitational manipulation, and tamers should account for this in strategy planning.

These tiger pokegirls adore taming sessions, and preferences are highly varied. In some members of the breed, any taming is a good thing, though others can be a little, or much more picky about their partners, situations, and styles. Some enjoy pillow talk before or after, even if this leads to some sort of historical conversation, while others prefer cuddling and/or petting. As with many breeds, preferences should be taken as the individual.

Wild Houshee tend to be wanderers, and it should be noted that the feral state of the breed is very easy to note physically. The eyes turn red save for the pupil. The breed usually prefers to flee in lieu of fighting, mostly by teleport. It should be warned that the breed will occasionally attack if hungry or cornered, and it is best to have flying or ghost type pokegirls to counter this pokegirl.

Threshold directly into a Houshee is a very rare occurrence, though the first sign is the breed's personal gravity field going haywire. Often, this is a lessening of the gravity field, causing the soon-to-be pokegirl to literally bounce away, though sometimes this is the inverse, causing severe harm to the thresholder. The rest of the threshold process is marked by mild to severe flu-like symptoms which appear to worsen the more animorphic the pokegirl becomes. Threshold usually lasts a fortnight, after which the new pokegirl is often sold or given over to a ranch.
