Clydesdames were discovered circa 150AS when a farmer and his Ponytaur were working on their small farm. He had shown her a stone which he had thought of as a diamond, thinking they were rich. however that was not the case when she touched the stone she evolved into the Clydesdame. The farmer was saddened eventually got over it and enjoyed the substantially increased work output his newly evolved girl could complete in a day. Thus, Clydesdames soon began popping up around farming communities, cementing their places.
When in her human form, Clydesdames are usually between 7 to 9 feet tall. While their skin tone tends to be in the normal human range for pigmentation, brown skin is the most common. A unique quirk is that even in their bipedal state all have lower legs that resembles those of a horse, making her look like a mythical pre-Sukebe Fawn. Her feet are of course replaced by hooves and white feathers covering said hooves. Their fur and hair are usually in shades of browns, with cases of black and white. Despite having a high level of strength they somehow manage to not look bulky, or muscular, their bodies being compared to extremely athletic. Their breasts sizes cap out at a high DD-cup. They usually have human faces, though ferals have been found to have slight muzzles. Coming from the top of their butts are usually long tails, a darker color then their fur and hair. When they go centaurian, their height shoots up to a full 12 to 16 feet, with their hair, tail, and fur colors being the same, growing an extra two legs. Though their upper bodies remain the same as in human form, their lower bodies grow incredibly stocky after transformation.
Usually, their personalities will be the same as it was when they were Ponytaurs, though they are more confident, cautious and thoughtful. Clydesdame are not easily frightened as well. After the evolution the Ponytaur will have to get used to having a lesser amount of speed and the increased strength, once they get over it they come to enjoy their overall stronger bodies. With their stronger bodies, they enjoy the fact that they can run longer than most equine Pokégirls, a fact they usually gloat about. They are also quite sure-footed, near-incapable of tipping and falling unless by an outside force.
They are often seen as workhorses, usually on farms, especially on farms in mountainous regions, or hilly regions as they can be used to help plant and move crops around and not cause a cart to tip over the hilly or ragged surface they may be traversing. They can also be used to break up stones and dry soil with their diamond hard hooves. Their sense of dangerous terrain makes them incredibly useful in the rescue field quite capable of descending and ascending a mountain and saving a victim. Tradesmen also covet them as they are better then other horse breeds when it comes to transporting extremely precious cargo.
In battle as either form they favor using kicks and heavily physical attacks. One of their favorite attacks to use is High Kick when they rear up on their hind legs and strike hard at the opponent, usually getting on of their hooves to face can be seriously damaging with not only extremely hard hooves, but their own incredible strength. It's incredibly dangerous to climb onto a Clydesdame back, at least in battle as they will buck and usually will get you off them and get you trapped under their hooves. They also unconsciously use Resonate when in battle, making their already superb balance even better.
When feral, Clydesdame is usually found in herds of Ponytaur usually seen at the sides of the head Rapidtaur in smaller herds. They help protect the herd when they need to escape from a foe they can't overcome. Usually they keep their same taming preferences as when they were Ponytaur though they do like their hair to be pulled and have a strange fetish for riding crops. Thresholding into a Clydesdame is not common, and has mostly been observed as happening in mountainous regions.
