Shoaps were a surprise discovery, amongst the first handful of Evolution Stone forms a Pokégirl could take. They are very similar in appearance to Lambchops, although they have thick, curving horns, similar to their other evolved form, the Kung-Ewe. Their wool ends up growing much slower than before, only needing to be sheered once every fifteen months. This wool is very popular for clothing, as once it is processed into material for clothes, it rarely, if ever, needs to be cleaned and always, under any circumstances, smells fresh. Shoaps are also known for always smelling like fresh soap, making them popular amongst Tamers in urban settings.

Shoaps retain their dedication to training from their previous form, but they are much more relaxed about it than before. Their mindset changes from fierce dedication to a more flowing state of being, befitting their new water-typing. This has proven a relief for many Lambchop tamers, as they do not have to worry as much about their Pokégirl working themselves to death. any Shoaps have been known to take up more 'soft' or 'internal' fighting styles, such as Tai Chi Chuan, to reflect their change in demeanor and to take greater advantage of their new water-type abilities. They are more easy-going, and more willing to accept tasks that don't involve fighting. Many Shoaps have been seen teamed with MaidYvettes, the pair becoming popular for their ability to keep things clean. One notable incident involved a MaidYvette and a Shoap working at a school. A Rocket-style group, Team Wild Fang, attempted to raid the facility, having discovered that the principal owned a few valuable Pokégirls that he was hording. The MaidYvette got the children to safety, while the Shoap managed to fend off the Pokégirls that Team Wild Fang was using long enough for the police to come and defeat them. The two Pokégirls were rewarded for their courage, the Tamer praised for training them so well.

Shoaps are unique from most water-types in that they have a natural ability that others do not. In addition to their water attacks, they can generate an organic, gel-like substance that has the functionality of an anti-bacterial soap. Many Shoaps have been known to have a mild obsession with cleaning, having a general distaste for themselves or their comrades appearing dirty. The breed take great pleasure in cleaning anything, although unlike MaidYvettes, their method of cleaning involves a great deal of washing as opposed to dusting and sweeping.

They frequently mix their soap in with their water attacks, creating an additional slickening effect that adds to the effectiveness of the attacks. They can inject the gel directly in the opponent's mouth to temporarily disable them, and coat them in a slick layer of the soap to make it next to impossible to gain any traction for movement. They can combine the soap they can generate with their water attacks, creating foam that can slicken the opponent, make the floor harder to move on, and even temporarily blind an opponent. Another known tactic that Shoaps use is a 'scrubbing' strike. This technique involves isolating a muscle and forcefully pushing it out of alignment, resulting in potentially devastating damage.

Skilled Shoaps have been known to make their attacks flow together like a rushing river, pummeling their opponents relentlessly until they are unable to stand up, either from their injuries or from being lathered up with so much soap that they can't stand up anymore. They're also relatively popular in sex battles, but mainly amongst the Pokégirls who fight them, as their sex-attacks clean them as much as they pleasure them.

Shoaps aren't the best Alphas, but if a Tamer has them focus on that particular discipline enough, then it can be managed. They feel much better suited to the roll of Beta in a harem, which allows them to work more in supporting their harem sisters and protecting them. They are very defensive of their harem sisters, and are very fond of bathing them. If a Shoap can make a show out of 'cleaning' a fellow harem sister for her Master, then she will do so gladly.

Shoaps love the water. A good way to get them warmed up for Taming is to take a bath or shower with them. Shower scenes in movies are known to get a Shoap tremendously aroused.

There have been a few known instances of Feral Shoaps. But this is mainly because Feral Shoaps are ridiculously easy to find. All one needs to do is track how clean various Feral Pokégirls in the area and look for a source of pure water. Feral Shoaps have been known to ambush Ferals of weaker strength and clean them, initiating Taming sessions with them afterwords. A Shoap's obsession with cleaning grows even stronger while Feral, causing them to try and wash anything they come across that seems 'dirty' to them. Several reports of passionate Taming sessions in the middle of a forest being interrupted by a gust of soapy water from a Feral Shoap have been reported.

Threshold cases resulting in Shoaps are not unheard off. The first sign of this is the girl in question suddenly being able to generate soap bubbles just by blowing through her mouth. They grow their horns next, the primary sign of this being a tremendous headache that lasts until the horns have grown in fully. The usual aches associated with change from human into an animal-type girl occur next. Mental changes start to occur shortly afterwards.
