The Brewmistress has many archetypical features of poison types such as internal biosynthesis of aggressive proteins in the form of venoms and poisons. What differentiates them is their ability to utilize and process most organic and some inorganic materials in poison production via their specialized digestion. Their digestive system, filled with redundant organs, has many specialized enzymes, antibodies, and membranes which both shield the rest of her body from harmful effects of ingested substances but serves to separate materials for biosynthesis. With their intuitive aptitude, they make natural friends and allies for chemists, enchantresses, and the like who like to work with dangerous substances. Her internal structure naturally processes chemicals with more efficiency than most machines are able to with a predictable margin of error. With guidance of a magic-type of sufficient skill, they may even be employed in the creation of magical admixtures and potions, perhaps even learning to carry out the task on their own. Many Brewmistresses often end up acting as distilleries for small-time purveyors of alcohol, and are thus more often associated with bars and the like by laymen than they are with chemical engineering.

Running the gamut of Very Near Human appearances varying from the human norm to the exotic pigmentations of pink, blue, green, etc, Brewmistresses often have overlarge and swollen mammaries which house their poison glands and are from where they secrete their various concoctions. Naturally, they are noted for being a “top-heavy” breed. It is not uncommon for an hourglass figure to appear in their population. When nursing, the Brewmistresses natural antibodies will protect their offspring from any toxins in their system including carcinogenic materials, heavy metals, and biotoxins. With some experience, it is not unheard of for a Brewmistress to secrete semi-solid or gaseous materials or even regurgitate it through their mouths. Inside their cleavage, there is also a subspace pocket in which many elect to store storage containers, equipment, and the like using their Reduce technique to make space and reduce it’s weight. However like all subspace pockets, materials degrade at their natural rates while in storage unless special provisions are made.. It can only store up to thirty pounds within it, but most items within are safe from outside stimuli save for natural effects of entropy. As the Brewmistress’ bosom is a sub space pocket that has no definite shape; some tamers will let them store their money and valuable items, as no thief can get to it without a fight from the Brewmistress herself.

During taming, the Brewmistress often prefers to have their sore back or breasts rubbed to help alleviate the day’s strain had on them, and many tamers coax them into letting them nurse alcohol, aphrodisiacs, cannabinoids, and other such recreational intoxicants to enhance the experience. Chemical enhancement of the experience is widely considered to be a part of the vogue when taming with this breed. Most Brewmistresses, due to their sensitive gustatory senses, have an oral fixation like no other. Few things possess repulsive tastes to them, possibly because their bodies are built to tolerate normally dangerous or deadly substances and suffer no harm from them. Naturally, this often finds its way into the bedroom arena.

Outside of combat, this breed is curious and has a tendency to store food items for later consumption. Brewmistresses are denoted as being a bit of a ‘snack through the day’ type and will take any opportunity to have a nibble on something they have stored. They are also willing to learn different recipes for potions, so a tamer giving their pokegirl a notebook will make her very happy. But what will really get many Brewmistress’ production going is dancing. Brewmistress loves moving to a good beat. The metabolic jump caused by intense activity naturally increases their other metabolic functions including chemical biosynthesis. Dancing and other exhausting activities, including taming, is often employed by Brewmistresses for both entertainment value and to speed up production.

The Brewmistress is known to prefer close-quarters fighting to better deliver skin-absorbable or aerosolized toxins to their foe as they lack stingers, fangs, or other traditional tools of envenomation barring specialized weaponry. To the unwary, this can be a quick end, especially to fighting types and other poison-vulnerable breeds unsuspecting of such an attack from an otherwise normal-looking pokegirl. This pokegirl is also known for flooding their own systems with cocktails of performance-enhancing chemicals in order to give her a further edge such as pain reduction, reflex increase, or boosts in strength as such chemicals would affect any other being who imbibed them. The damaging effects that such chemicals wreak on the body is often reduced or recovered from entirely thanks to the breed’s natural immunities. It is also not uncommon for the Brewmistress to withdraw containers of weaponized chemicals from their subspace pocket. However, an enterprising tamer can train their Brewmistress to trap an opponent’s physical attack within their prodigious breasts, perhaps even where a poisoned trap lay in wait- a boobytrap if you will. With an opponent in such a compromising position, it is a simple matter to further envenomate or poison them.

Ferals often seem deranged to the observer in addition to the typical savagery associated with the feral state. They lose their ability to choose which kind of potion they will produce, so some tamers have been hit by a vial of plain milk while others suffer from effects similar to Acid Splash. But when their attacks fail or if they feel particularly vulnerable, they will suplicate and attempt to tempt their foes closer with lurid or erotic displays. If given the opportunity, they will either poison their target to weaken them or use a technique such as Relaxing Gaze or Sexy Hug to bring down their defenses before using a technique such as Mega Drain to sap them of their energy through skin contact. The unwary may not associate the sudden feeling of exaustion with anything negative other than perhaps the taming they’ve been tempted into and fall prey to the wiles of the Brewmistress. They are also known for using Reduce to trap unconscious or sufficiently weakened foes and store them within their dimensional pocket. If forgotten, the limited air supply within will suffocate the unfortunate. Most may use Mega Drain on their hapless victims once retreated to safety or simply devour them. Because the breed favors close-quarters, ranged attacks will have a definite advantage over a feral Brewmistress.

Thresholders will begin to eat with gusto until eventually their newfound interest in tastes expand to the unusual and the downright bizarre. Some become extremely ill during this stage because they have not yet developed the proper internal chemistry to deal with some particularly dangerous substances. The next step is often breast growth followed by sudden and constant lactation which they will be unable to control until they become pokegirls. Because of the sheer usability of this breed outside of the battlefield, many will find solace in the fact that they can easily find themselves a position in harems, bars, or as apothecary assistants rather than on the front lines in some tamer’s harem.
