While Zapdass was designed to target power plants and supply lines, Thore was tasked with leading the destruction of electronics and other facilities with her electromagnetic pulses. Only active along with Hentai for three years before Sukebe perished, Thore abruptly stopped her anti-humanity activities upon hearing of the death of her creator to pursue her own agenda. Now seen randomly across the globe, the electric Legendary has been noted to help humans, especially small settlements on the frontier, in times of crisis and is the only Legendary recorded as having fought Widows or Leviathenesses.

Thore is an athletic legendary, with a muscular build and an impressive height of nearly 6 feet (2 meters) in her taming form. Like many metamorphic pokegirls, this electric canine has two forms, the first appearing as a tall well-built Ocean League woman with high pointed canine ears and a tail about two and a half feet long. The fur of both the ears and tail is a storm cloud gray with a yellow tip on her right ear. In both forms, her hair is a deep red, almost black with stray blond highlights and reaches to below her waist. The wolven legendary's eyes are also yellow in both of her forms.

The Legendary's battle form has her growing three feet (1 meter) with her size increasing accordingly, becoming a full animorphic variation of a large wolf. In this form Thore walks digigrade, with her gait altered and her arms elongated slightly to allow her to run quadrupedal if she chose. Her pelt is mostly a wolven variation of storm cloud gray and yellow, with the darker color making the 'saddle' on her back as well as the coloring of her anterior beginning just under her chin.

Strength without arrogance is a phrase often chosen to describe Thore's attitude, as this electric legendary has often noted to preform feats of both personal and physical strength, without the arrogance or challenge seeking nature of other powerful Legendaries like Atmuff. According to the few interviews taken, Thore believes her beneficial actions to be a repayment from her time following her creator's orders. Jovial during most interviews, the Legendary has made mention of a personal code of honor adopted from her namesake, though to date has not revealed the exact details. Another often recorded fact is the Legendary's love of alcohol, and some new settlements have been known to give an offering (either real or symbolic) of alcohol in the hopes of attracting Thore's attention and protection. Due to the Legendary's endurance and recovery, there have been several well recorded failed attempts at capture by tamers, most of which were left alive.

Those who have witnessed this electrical legendary battling have often described the ferocity of the lupine pokegirl. In addition to being able to preform her various techniques with her own body, as most pokegirls are capable of, Thore can also focus and preform attacks through a summoned hammer. This weapon, apparently called 'Mojo' by the Legendary, is capable of being charged with an electric attack, thrown at an opponent, and discharging the attack upon striking the target. Due to the Legendary's magnetic capabilities, she is also able to easily retrieve the hammer. This weapon has never been studied, but it appears to be a solid metal hammer with red leather wrapped around the handle for a grip. Thore tends to use her hammer liberally in battle, either gripping and throwing it manually or using her magnetic abilities to do so. Not many opponents wish to face the weapon, as in two recorded instances it has helped turn the tide of battle against a Widow. In addition to her extreme speed, ranged attacks, and flight ability, the Legendary is also very strong, making a simple punch from her battle form lethal to most pokegirls.

Despite the Legendary's strength, Thore is able to tame safely without restraints, and refuses to be bound in any way. Other preferences tend to side with typical canine preferences (doggie style in particular). Typically, this electric pokegirl tends to watch potential tamers for a while, and most often chooses to bed those with strong positive personalities or those that are able to be level-headed in times of crisis. The legendary keeps tabs on her favorites, though has multiple lovers globally. If faced with traps set by factions to capture her using her favored mates as bait, the wolven Legendary often uses a blitzing attack and rescue. These capture attempts are ill-advised, as during these the Legendary utilizes lethal force on her would-be captors.

The most common recommendation if Thore is encountered is for the tamer to avoid attempting capture and make as many observations about the Legendary as possible. Bribes of alcohol are often accepted in exchange for being a temporary traveling companion, though this situation has never lasted for more than three days. Requests on the Legendary's part for taming can be denied without repercussions and any attempts of lethal force on a tamer's part are met in kind (and due to the canine duo's danger sense, extremely unlikely to work).

Thore has never been recorded as feral, and takes obvious steps to avoid becoming so.

LEGENDARY SALIENT QUALITIES: Legendaries have no "absolute" qualities. All of their abilities are variable from one Legendary to the rest.

Deathlessness: Thore has a superior version of longevity that makes her immune to death from natural causes. She will never die unless she is killed. However, poison, disease, or any unnatural cause still has a normal chance to kill her, barring their special immunities and strengths.

No Weakness: All Legendary pokegirls can ignore their type's normal weaknesses, to a point. When facing a Pokegirl less powerful than herself, if that Pokegirl is a type the Legendary would normally be weak against, she instead treats it as though it were of a type she had no specific advantage or disadvantage against. For example, if she were to face a Dragon or a Rock type Pokegirl, or anything else that was considered strong against Electric that was also less powerful in their respective element than Thore in her own element, she wouldn't be considered weak against it, nor would it be considered strong against her. Pokegirls at a level of power above Thore's would treat things normally.

Thunderous Roar: Indeed, the howl of Thore is best described as `thunderous'. When she howls, it is loud enough to create shock waves and shake the ground as if lightning had struck. It's a technique the legendary uses often when she prefers to dodge an hostile force hunting her rather than sticking around to fight it, as it keeps the target stunned for quite a bit of time, enough for the Legendary to cover considerable distance.

EMP Bomb: This quality is one that Thore can use after a period of charging, which causes her hair to spark noticeably. This ability causes an EMP pulse that can reach up to twentyfive miles in diameter, knocking out unprotected electronics as the wave goes over them.
