The story starts in late 306. The place is the Ruby League. The man is Toman Kross, son of famed Pokégirl Professor Andrew Kross. His real dream is to become a Professor himself one day and advance the twin causes of science and man, really one cause if you think about it, but his father thinks he needs the same hands-on experience he had as a young man- a Taming journey. Toman might eventually warm up to the whole idea, especially with the wild amounts of tail he's obtaining almost without effort, but the road's still going to be long and dangerous. The world's a crazy place once you leave your bubble.
