Discovered in the early 80s, the evolution to the Slimette takes the breed's DNA storage a step further. Slimettes, given their relatively low intelligence, are generally hard to induce a battle stress evolution, but Researchers propose that this breed and the Slimette Princesses' evolution were planned by Cocooner. In the four decades after the breed's discovery, the line's ability to produce E-Medals was discovered and studied, making the Slimette line, much like the Treant breed, able to create evolutionary items.

Gaining a few inches in height (or a very slight increase in mass which the slime pokegirl distributes according to her own preferences), and their color may deepen slightly, making them more opaque or solidly colored. There is little physical difference between a Slimette and a Slimette Princess, and this is one of the reasons why this evolution was discovered almost a century after the Slimette. A large difference, however, is the intelligence of the breed, as this slime pokegirl has human level intelligence when domesticated.

Patiently aggressive describes this slime based evolution well, as they are primarily ambush predators when feral. This attitude is often found in domesticated members of the breed and often shows itself primarily in the taming room. After setting a goal, Slimette Princesses often doggedly pursue their target until they get what they want. Overall, this slime breed is as variable as their appearance in personality.

Effective in battle, this slime pokegirl breed utilizes her exhausting venom or lust venoms to disable opponents, before forming their aqueous body into tentacles that allow them to ensnare their foes. This breed is quite a bit more durable than their previous evolution, allowing them to absorb more force and even function when in a less solid form. Unless ordered otherwise, many Slimette Princesses make taming their foes into unconsciousness their goal. This allows them to feed on sexual fluids, which the breed line considers to be the more 'tasty' of the fluids they can ingest (though given their acid abilities, melting and digesting other bodily fluids is also viable). As with any pokegirl, employing elemental types strong to the breed gives tamers an edge, though with the added elemental affinity, tamers are advised to scan individual Slimette Princesses.

Like the Slimette before them, Slimette Princesses are able to gain a temporary element by holding an elemental stone within their gelatinous body. This ability gives the breed some variability, though it should be noted that the Venom Stone has no elemental effect on the breed, but does make them highly aggressive. When 'Stoned' it is common for the individual pokegirl to be called by their elemental type, for example a Slimette Princess holding a Heavy Metal would be called a Metal Slime. Due to the breed's increased intelligence, these slimy royal pokegirls are capable of learning elemental techniques so long as they have the corresponding elemental item within them. Using these elemental techniques does come at a price however, with concentrated use, the elemental stone will lose it's energy completely in about a week's time, becoming an inert gemstone (see elemental listing footnote*). Having these evolutionary items embedded within them nullifies the breed's DNA gathering capabilities, blocking the extraordinary ability to produce E-Medals.

These DNA Duchesses are able to produce the rare E-Medals, though this process is highly involved. In order to produce any given E-Medal, a Slimette Princess must feed exclusively off of a single animal traited breed of pokegirl for six months to eight months (depending on the breed), absorbing the other breed's DNA. Afterward, the slime pokegirl must process the DNA and imbue a Heavy Metal with the DNA and a large amount of her own energy, the process taking another six months and draining the Slimette Princess of a considerable amount of energy. In the end, the product is a single E-Medal of whatever animal type the slime pokegirl had been feeding upon, though only certain breeds are found to produce E-Medals (see E-Medal file). This process is highly draining to the breed, and a recovery time of a few months after the E-medal is produced is advised. Unfortunately, the Princesses control over their stored DNA is not as adapt as their evolved form, and around 30% of attempted E-medals produced only produce a blank copy.

While this slime pokegirl breed doesn't have as high of a libido as their pre-evolution, they still make a point to tame as often as they can. More often than not, the breed will tame partners into exhaustion, or suggest orgies so that they may obtain their favored meal. Their preferences are highly variable, though many are open to any new experiences.

Almost as mindless as their pre-evolution, ferals of the breed are as apt to eat their prey as they are to tame them into unconsciousness, making them an unpredictable foe, even more so should the breed happen to find any evolutionary items to store within themselves.

Threshold directly into a Slimette Princess in almost unheard of, though highly similar to the Slimette's threshold. Due to the opaque nature of the breed, visuals of any developing human children are usually cloudy.
