question on the ronin

i was reading the updated breeds on the dex and noticed some thing odd. the ronin breed is listed with weaker enhancements than the slicer.

Enhancements: Enhanced Agility x2, Enhanced Durability x4, Enhanced Speed x3, Enhanced Strength x5, Innate Knowledge/Aptitude (Use of One Weapon Only)

ronin

Enhancements: Enhanced Speed (x3), Enhanced Stamina (x2), Can summon weapons.

why is that? is this a mistake?
